Claims (2)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett 4-acyloxi-2-azetidinonderivat med formeln II 5 OE A— I (II) J— NH 10 0 väri OR är en skyddad hydroxigrupp och Y är en acylgrupp, kännetecknat därav, att man omsätter ett 2-azetidinonderivat med formeln I 15 0R A— I li) 20 (y NH väri OR betecknar samma som ovan och X är en alkylgrupp eller en aromatisk grupp, med en kopparoxid eller med ett kopparsalt av en organisk karboxylsyra i närvaro av en 25 organisk karboxylsyra eller ett sait därav som källa för acylgruppen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 för framställning av ett 4-acyloxi-2-azetidinonderivat, kännetecknat därav, att 2-azetidinonderivatet är en op- 30 tisk isomer i förhällande med ett eller flera av ställ-ningarna 1', 3 och 4 och 4-acyloxi-2-azetidinonderivatet som framställts frän det är en motsvarande optisk isomer.
