Latauslaite paristokäyttöistä kirurgista laitetta varten
Keksintö koskee paristokäyttöistä kirurgista laitetta varten tarkoitettua latauslaitetta, joka käsittää 5 kotelon, jossa on istukka kirurgisen laitteen paristo-osaa varten, joka kotelo käsittää varauspiirin, joka ensimmäisessä toiminta-asennossa on kytketty välittömästi lataamaan paristoa ja toisessa toiminta-asennossa on kytketty ensin purkamaan paristo ennalta määrättyyn alempaan va-10 raukseen ja sen lataamiseksi tämän jälkeen.
Tällainen latauslaite tunnetaan jo ennestään US-patentista 4 288 733. Paristo-osa, joka käsittää esimerkiksi useita nikkelikadmiumkennoja, on helppo irrottaa koneesta, esimerkiksi kädensijaan liittyvänä. Paristo 15 käyttää sähkömoottoria, joka käyttää puolestaan poraa, leikkauslaitetta, hiomalaitetta ja niin edelleen. Tietyn käyttöajan jälkeen paristot on ladattava uudestaan. Paristo-osa irrotetaan koneen kotelosta ja yhdistetään lataus-laitteeseen.
20 Kirurgisessa käytössä pariston on toimittava luo tettavasti. On varmistauduttava siitä, ettei paristo-osa : tyhjene käytön aikana. Kirurgista toimenpidettä ei tieten- • kään saa keskeyttää pariston lataamista varten, jolloin sitä jatkettaisiin sitten uudestaan lataamisen jälkeen.
: 25 Sen vuoksi varaparisto-osia onkin pidettävä aina saatavil-. la, mutta tällöinkin on se vaara, että ne voivat olla riittämättömästi ladattuja, mikäli asianomaisiin varotoimenpiteisiin ei ole ryhdytty.
Nimenomaan nikkelikädmiumkennot pyrkivät tyhjene-: 30 mään nopeasti, jos niitä ei ole uudelleenlatauksen jälkeen purettu tietyn tason alapuolelle.
Keksinnön tavoitteena onkin sen vuoksi saada aikaan paristokäyttöistä kirurgista konetta varten sellainen latauslaite, jolla varmistetaan se, että ladatut, varastossa 35 olevat paristot tai kennot, nimenomaan nikkelikadmiumken- • not, toimivat luotettavasti.
2 87500 Tähän tavoitteeseen päästään keksinnön mukaisella latauslaitteella, jolle on tunnusomaista, että varauspiiri lataa pariston ennalta määrättyyn suurempaan varaukseen, että kolmannessa toiminta-asennossa varauspiiri jälleen 5 purkaa pariston ennalta määrättyyn alempaan varaukseen ja edelleen lataa sen ennalta määrättyyn suurempaan varaukseen, että varauspiiri purkaus- ja lataustoiminnan aikana vertaa todellista jännitearvoa asetettuun jännitearvoon ennalta määrätyin väliajoin ja antaa signaalin näytölle, 10 kun vertailutulos saavuttaa ennalta määrätyn arvon, ja että koteloon on sovitettu valintakytkin mainittuja toiminta-asentoja varten.
Kytkimen ensimmäisessä asennossa varauspiiri lataa pariston etukäteen määrättyyn maksimivaraukseen riippumat-15 ta siitä alkuvarauksesta, josta lataaminen on aloitettu.
Tämä toiminto valitaan yleensä vain sellaisissa erikoistapauksissa, joissa on tärkeää, että paristo-osa saadaan ladatuksi uudelleen mahdollisimman nopeasti. Muussa tapauksessa, siis päinvastaisessa tapauksessa, paristo pure-20 taan ensiksi etukäteen määrättyyn alimpaan varaukseen, esimerkiksi 25 %:iin nimellisvarauksesta, tai sellaiseen varaukseen, joka vastaa noin 25 % pariston nimelliskapasi-teetista. Sen jälkeen paristo ladataan, automaattisesti etukäteen määrättyyn maksimivaraukseen, esimerkiksi •25 75 %:iin nimelliskapasiteetista. Tällä varmistetaan se, ettei pariston ennenaikaista tyhjenemistä pääse tapahtumaan pariston toistetun lataamisen ja sen riittämättömän purkamisen vuoksi.
Valintakytkimen kolmannessa asennossa varauspiiri 30 purkaa ensin pariston etukäteen määrättyyn alhaisempaan varaukseen, lataa sen sitten etukäteen määrätylle korkeammalle tasolle, purkaa sen jälleen etukäteen määrättyyn alhaisempaan varaukseen ja lataa sen lopuksi uudestaan etukäteen määrättyyn suurempaan varaukseen, vertaa todel-35 lista jännitettä vaadittuun jännitteeseen etukäteen määrätyin väliajoin piirin toisen purkamis- ja uudelleenlataa- I; 3 «7500 mistoiminnon aikana ja antaa signaalin, jos verrattu määrä saavuttaa etukäteen määrätyn suuruuden.
Tällä tavoin lataustoiminto on yhdistetty samalla koestusvaiheeseen. Ilman ensimmäistä purkamista ja uudel-5 leenlataamista ei todellisten ja vaadittujen arvojen välinen vertailu purkaus- ja uudelleenlatauskäyrän eri vaiheiden aikana olisikaan kovin valaisevaa. Tästä syystä suoritetaan ensin purkaminen ja uudelleenlataaminen ennen varsinaisen koestusohjelman suorittamista, jolloin sitä ver-10 rataan varsinaiseen latausohjelmaan. Näin ollen pariston ensimmäinen purkaminen ja uudelleenlataaminen saattavat sen valmiustilaan ja antavat sille etukäteen määrätyn la-tausarvon, esimerkiksi 75 % kapasiteetista. Sitten lataus-jännitettä verrataan tietyin väliajoin etukäteen määrät-15 tyyn vakioarvoon. Jos verratut arvot ovat liian suuria, kyseessä on vika, joka johtuu tavallisesti pariston sisäisestä kunnosta.
Jotta keksinnön mukaisen latauslaitteen erilaisista toimintaedellytyksistä saataisiin tietty käsitys, keksin-20 nön erään suoritusmuodon mukaan ehdotetaan vielä, että koteloon sijoitetaan purkauslatauskäyrä graafisena esityksenä ja sen alapuolelle sarja valodiodeja, joista jokainen esittää käyrän tiettyä segmenttiä. Diodien vilkkuminen voi esimerkiksi ilmaista, missä lataus- tai purkamisvaiheessa : 25 latauslaite on tiettynä ajankohtana.
Kaikki uudelleenladattavat paristot pyrkivät purkautumaan, vaikka niitä ei kuormitettaisikaan. Sen vuoksi keksinnön erään lisämuunnelman mukaan varauspiiri synnyttää lataamisen tapahduttua jäännösvirran, joka vastaa pa-30 riston spontaanista purkausvirtaa.
Keksinnön erästä suoritusmuotoa selostetaan nyt esimerkkinä yksityiskohtaisemmin piirustuksiin viittaamalla.
Kuvio 1 esittää keksinnön mukaista latauslaitetta 35 kaavioperspektiivinä.

Ennen kuin piirustuksissa esitettyihin yksityiskohtiin syvennytään lähemmin, on mainittava johdannoksi, että 5 jokainen kuvatuista ja selostetuista rakenteista, joko sinänsä tai yhdistelmänä patenttivaatimusten tunnusmerkkien kanssa, on keksinnön kannalta merkitykseltään oleellinen.
Kuvio 1 esittää latauslaitetta 10, jossa on kotelo 10 11, jossa on kaksi syvennystä 12, 13 kaltevassa pinnassa tässä esittämättömän kirurgisen koneen paristo-osaa 14 varten. Paristo-osa 14 voidaan työntää syvennyksiin 12, 13 esimerkiksi lohenpyrstöliitoksena. Siinä on pistokkeet (ei esitetty), jotka voidaan työntää pistorasioihin 15.
15 Koteloon on järjestetty myös käynnistyskytkin 16 verkkoon yhdistettävän latauslaitteen 10 käynnistämiseksi. Lisäksi koteloon kuuluu vielä kaksi ohjelmataulua 17, 18, joissa kummassakin on vastaavasti pienoisvipukytkin 19, 20. Kuvio 2 esittää ohjelmataulua 18 yksityiskohtai- 20 semmin.
Tauluun 18 on järjestetty kuusitoista valodiodia 21. Ensimmäiset kahdeksan diodia kuuluvat ensimmäiseen alueeseen 22 ja toiset kahdeksan alueeseen 23. Alueella 22 | _ esitetään käyrä, jossa on suora alaspäin laskeutuva haara .25 24 ja nouseva haara 25. Vastaavasti laskeva haara 26 ja nouseva haara 27 on esitetty alueella 23. Haarat 25, 26 V. päättyvät yhteiseen maksimiin 28, joka on haarojen 24, 27 yläpäissä. Haaroilla 24, 25 on yhteinen minimi 29 ja haaroilla 26, 27 on yhteinen minimi 30. Minimit 29, 30 ovat 30 samalla korkeudella ja vastaavat minimipurkaustilaa, joka on esimerkiksi nikkelikadmiumkennossa esim. 25 % nimellis-kapasiteetista. Maksimi 28 vastaa taas nikkelikadmiumken-non maksimilataustilaa, esim. 75 % nimelliskapasiteetista.
Oikeanpuoleisen alueen 23 viereen on järjestetty 35 lisäalue 31, jossa on valodiodi 32 ja valodiodi 33.

Seuraavassa selostetaan syvennykseen 13 sijoitetun paristo-osan 14 lataustoimintoa pienoisvipukytkimen 20 kolmea eri asentoa varten.
1. Kytkin 20 oikeanpuoleisessa asennossa 5 Paristo-osa 14 ladataan sen purkausasteesta riippu matta. Varauspiiri (ei esitetty) alkaa ladata välittömästi, varauspiiriin liittyvä ilmaisin ottaa selville paristo-osan 14 todellisen ja vaaditun varauksen ja ilmaisee siihen kuuluvan diodin 21 avulla, missä lataustilassa pa-10 risto-osa on silloin. Kun maksimi on saavutettu, varaus-piirin lataustoiminto loppuu, ja latausvirta, esim. 2 A, laskee sadasosaan tästä määrästä, niin että paristo-osa saadaan pysymään käyttöön saakka maksimilatauksessa.
2. Kytkin 20 keskiasennossa 15 Tässä toiminnossa "ohjelma" alkaa samoin oikeanpuo leisella alueella 23, mutta nikkelikadmiumkennot puretaan ensin minimiin 30. Purkaminen voi alkaa missä tahansa maksimin 28 ja minimin 30 välillä kennojen purkaustilasta riippuen. Purkaminen tapahtuu samoin esim. 2 A:sta alkaen. 20 Kun minimi on saavutettu, varauspiiri kytkeytyy automaattisesti lataukselle ja lataa paristo-osan, kunnes on päästy maksimiin.
Latauslaitteen tässä toimintamuodossa ei pystytä saamaan selville, toimivatko kennot vielä kunnolla. Asian • 25 varmistamiseksi, myös tässä toimintamuodossa, latauslait teen toimintahäiriö voidaan ilmaista, nimenomaan mittaamalla purkaus- ja latausajat. Jos lataaminen kestää esimerkiksi yli 60 minuuttia tai jos purkaminen kestää yli 45 minuuttia, diodi 32 vilkkuu ja ilmaisee, että latauslait-30 teessä on vikaa.
3. Kytkin 20 vasemmanpuoleisessa asennossa
Latauslaitteen tässä toiminnossa latausprosessi on yhdistetty tiettyyn koestusohjelmaan. Ensin kenno puretaan, purkautumisen alkaessa, kuten edellä on selostettu, 35 jossakin kohdassa haaran 24 maksimin ja minimin välillä.

Kun on päästy minimiin 29, varauspiiri alkaa automaattisesti pariston lataamisen maksimiin 28. Ensimmäiset kahdeksan diodia 21 ilmaisevat jokaisen tässä prosessissa saavutetun vaiheen. Kun on päästy maksimiin 28, paristo-5 osan 14 purkaminen minimiin 30 alkaa uudelleen. Tämän purkamisen aikana, joka tässä tapauksessa suoritetaan neljää aikaväliä käyttäen, suoritetaan vertailu todellisen lataus jännitteen ja normin mukaisen jännitteen välillä. Jos verrattavat arvot poikkeavat tuntuvasti toisistaan, diodi 10 32 ilmaisee tämän, esimerkiksi punaisella. Kun on päästy minimiin 30, uudelleenlataaminen tapahtuu haarassa 27 ja jännitteiden (todellinen/normin mukainen) vertailu suoritetaan jälleen neljää aikaväliä käyttäen. Myös tässä tapauksessa diodi 32 ilmaisee, milloin vertailu on saavutta-15 nut etukäteen määrätyn suuruuden. Jos koestus on tapahtunut tyydyttävästi, on se merkkinä siitä, että kenno toimii normaalisti kapasiteetillaan. Koestuksen ja samalla la-tausprosessin päätyttyä lataustoiminnon positiivinen lop-puunsuorittaminen voidaan ilmaista diodilla 33, joka syn-20 nyttää esimerkiksi vihreän valon.
