Claims (2)
1. Förfarande för en submers odling av Pseudomonas aeruginosa-bakteriestammar ur den taxonomiska familjen av Pseudomonadaceae, kännetecknat av att följande H-typ-antigener producerande stammar Stam_H-typ_ 170001 - b M-2 - b 5940 - 3q, a2 5939 — 3q, 83 5933 - ag, a^, 32 1210 - a0, ax, a2 170018 - aQ, a3, a4 pä kontinuerligt sätt och pii turbidostatisk väg odlas i ett vattenhaltigt, antigenfritt och proteinfritt näringsmedium, vilket innehäller en kvävekälla och mlneralsalter samt succinat eller urinämnen säsom kolkälla och säsom imiterande substrat, varvid syrehalten i näringsmediet uppgär tili mel-lan 5 och 20 %, företrädesvis ca 10 %, celltätheten hälles pä 2 - 3 x 109 celler/ml och en utspädningsgrad av substra-tet ρέ mellan 0,1 och 0,3 My innehälles genom tillförsel av färskt näringsmedium.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av att man under odlingen innehäller en temperatur av mellan 20 och 35°C, företrädesvis 30eC, och ett pH-värde av mellan 6,5 och 7,5, företrädesvis 7,0.
