Claims (14)

1. Förfarande För framställnjng av en fiberfilt av bindemedels-bundna glasfibrer och innehällande ett eller flere ti11äggsämnen, varvid filten framställs dels av smält glasmassa medelst tradi-tionell fibersträckningsteknik av nybildade fibrer och dels av recirkulerade fjbrer, och vardera sänds med hjälp av en gasströmn-ing tili mottagningsrummet, där en bindemedelssammansättning sprutas pä bandtransportörer pa vilka fibrerna samlas i skikt och blandas sinsemellan, kännetecknat av, att ti1läggsämnet eller ti11ägssämnena bringas att bilda skikt pa de recirkulerade fibrerna, som fungerar som transportörer för tilläggsämnet eller ti 1läggsämnena tili mottagningsrummet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av, att de recirkulerade fibrerna atminstone delvis härstammar fran kanter klippta fran färdig fiberfilt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av, att de recirkulerade fibrerna är i form av partiklar med matt pä högst 15 mm.
4. Förarande enligt nägot föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av, att ti 1läggsämnena är i flytande form och att deras massa är högst 50 %, företrädesvis högst 20 %, av de recirkulerade fibrer-nas massa.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av, att de flytande tillägsämnena utbreds som ett kontinuerligt band, som strömmar tili atminstone den ena kanten av fiberfilten före kanternas sönderhackning.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat av, att de flytande ti 1läggsämnena sprutas pa atminstone en del av de recirkulerade fibrerna i den cirkulation som styr fibrerna tili mottagningsrummet, före detta.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat av, att det som tilläggsämne används ett ytaktivt ämne för att 23 77272 at fibermattan ge hydrofila egenskaper.
8. Anläggning för tillverkning av en glas fiberfi11 innehallande ett eller flere ti1läggsämnen, innefattande anordnjngar för framställning av fibrer av smält glas samt anordningar som ästadkommer gasströmningar, som transporterar fibrerna till ett mottagningsutrymme (1), där fibrerna samlas i skikt pä en band-transportör (2), medel för att belägga dessa fibrer med en binde-medelssammansättning j fibrernas bana, mellan fiberbildningen och deras ansamling i skikt pä bandtransportören (2), ett utrymme (7) där värmebehandlingen bringar bindemedlet att härdna och faster fibrerna vid varandra, medel (33, 34) för att transportera recirku1erade fibrer härstammande frän avfall frän samma anläggning och/eller frän andra källor till mottagningsutrymmet, känne-tecknad av, att den innefattar även medel (18, 19, 28, 31) för att tillsätta tilläggsämnen till de recirkulerade fibrerna.
9. Anlägggning enligt patentkravet 8, kännetecknad av, att ett sprayutrymme (28) försett med ett eller flere spraymunstycken (31) är anordnat i de recirkulerade fibrernas bana.
10. Anläggning enligt patentkravet 9, kännetecknad av, att medlen (18, 19) för tillförande av flytande tilläggsämnen astadkommer dessa ämnens strömning pä de recirkulerade fibrerna.
11. Anläggning enligt nägot av patentkraven 8-10, kännetecknad av, att den innefattar anordningar (9) för skärning av kanterna (10, 11) pä den frän värmebehandlingsutrymmet (7) kommande fiberfilten, varvid dessa kanter bildar ätminstone en del av de recirkulerade fibrerna.
12. Anläggning enligt patentkravet 11, kännetecknad av, att kanterna förminskas tili partiklar av lämplig storlek i skäranord-ni ngarna (12, 13).
13. Anläggning enligt patentkraven 10, 11 och 12, kännetecknad av, att medlen (18, 19) ästadkommer strömningen av de flytande tillsatsämnena i ett recirkulationslopp före skäranordningarna
