Claims (15)

1. Användning av föreningar med formeln I R1-N-CH--R2 I la l4 R R 1 2 l vxlken antingen R eller R är pyridyl, pyrazinyl, pynmi-dinyl eller pyridazinyl och den andra av substituenterna R1 eller R är likasä nämnda grupp eller den är fenyl, varvid vardera gruppen kan vara osubstituerad eller kan vara substi-tuerad med en eller flera samma eller olika substituenter, vilken substituent är halogen, nitro, C^_^-alkyl, C^_^-halogenalkyl, C^_^-alkoxi, hydroxi, cyano eller (C1_^-alkoxi)-karbonyl; R^ är formyl, (Cj^-alkoxi) karbonylkarbonyl, eller cykloalkanoyl med 3-6 kolatomer i ringen, vilken kan vara osubstituerad eller substituerad med en eller flera samma eller olika substituenter, vilken substituent är halogen eller C, 3 1 4 alkyl, eller R är alkanoyl eller alkenoyl, vars alkyl- eller alkenyldel kan ha upp till sex kolatomer och vilken kan vara osubstituerad eller substituerad med 1-3 halogener, eller en fenyl, fenoxi, C^_^-alkoxi eller (Cj^-alkoxi) karbonyl, eller den är bensoyl, vilken är osubstituerad eller substituerad med en eller flera samma eller olika substituenter, vilken 4 substituent är halogen eller C^_^-alkyl; och R ar väte eller Cl-4"alkyl? och av dessa föreningars syraadditionssalter, N-oxider eller metallsaltkomplex, för bekämpning av svamp och/eller förhind-rande eller regiering av växttillväxt.
2. Användning enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- 3 n a d därav, att R är formyl, eller etoxi- eller metoxikar-bonyl, eller alkanoyl eller alkenoyl med upp tili 6 kolatomer i alkyl- eller alkenyldelen, vilken är osubstituerad eller substituerad med 1-3 halogener, eller med en fenyl, fenoxi, C^_^alkoxi, metoxikarbonyl, etoxikarbonyl, cyklopropylkarbonyl, cyklohexylkarbonyl, 1-metylcyklopropylkarbonyl eller 2,2-diklor- 3,3-dimetylcyklopropylkarbonyl, eller en bensoyl, vilken even-tuellt är substituerad med en eller tvä halogener och/eller Cl-4_alkyl* ________ 1.. ___ 44 7679 2
3. Användning enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck- 3 n a d därav, att R är en osubstituerad alkanoylgrupp med upp tili 6 kolatomer i alkyldelen.
4. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 4 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att R är väte eller metyl.
5. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknad därav, att var och en av de ringar 1 2 som representeras av R och R är osubstituerad eller substi-tuerad med en eller tvä halogener eller C^_^-alkyler.
6. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknad därav, att var och en av R3 och 2 R representerad fenylgrupp är mono- eller disubstituerad och 1 2 var och en av R och R representerad heteroaromatisk ring är osubstituerad.
7. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-6, kännnetecknad därav, att var och en av R* 2 eller R representerad pyridylgrupp är en 3-pyridylgrupp.
8. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1 2 1-7, kännetecknad därav, att R är fenyl och R är pyridyl, av vilka endera grupp kan vara osubstituerad eller sub-stituerad säsom framförts i krav 1.
9. Användning enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknad därav, att R3 är pyrazinylgrupp 2 och R är fenyl, av vilka endera grupp kan vara osubstituerad eller substituerad säsom framförts i krav 1.
10. Användning enligt patentkravet 9, känneteck- 2 1 n a d därav, att R är 4-klorfenyl, R är osubstituerad pyra- 3 4 zinyl, R är en t.-butylkarbonyl och R är väte.
11. Sisom fungicider, herbicider och/eller tillväxt-regulatorer användbara Ν,Ν-disubstituerade karboxylsyraamider med formeIn I R1— N — CH — R2 I R3 R4 « 76792 och dessas syraadditionssalter, N-oxider och metallsalter, 1 2 i vilken formel antingen R eller R är pyridyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidinyl eller pyridazinyl och den andra av substituent-erna R eller R är likasä nämnda grupp eller den Sr fenyl, varvid vardera gruppen kan vara osubstituerad eller kan vara substituerad med en eller flera sairana eller olika substituent-er, vilken substituent är halogen, nitro, C^_^-alkyl, C3_4-halogenalkyl, C1_4~alkoxi, hydroxi, cyano eller (C1_4~alkoxi)-karbonyl; R^ är formyl, (C^_4~alkoxi)karbonylkarbonyl, eller cykloalkanoyl med 3-6 kolatomer i ringen. vilken kan vara osubstituerad eller substituerad med en eller flera samma eller olika substituenter, vilken substituent är halogen eller C^_4~alkyl, eller R3 är alkanoyl eller alkenoyl, vars alkyl-eller alkenyldel kan ha upp till sex kolatomer och vilken kan vara osubstituerad eller substituerad med 1-3 halogener, eller en fenyl, fenoxi; C^_4~alkoxi eller (C3_2~alkoxi)karbonyl, eller den är bensoyl, vilken är osubstituerad eller substituerad med en eller flera samma eller olika substituent- 4 er, vilken substituent är halogen eller C^_4~alkyl; och R är väte eller C^_4~alkyl; dock under förutsättning att i) om R^ är en osubstituerad eller substituerad pyridyl 2 enligt ovan, mäste R vara en ovan definierad osubstituerad eller substituerad pyridyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidinyl eller pyridazinyl; ii) om R* är en ovan definierad osubstituerad eller 3 substituerad fenyl, kan R ej vara en ovan definierad osubstituerad eller substituerad fenyl; 1 2 iii) om R är osubstituerad fenyl, R är osubstituerad 3 2- eller 3-pyridyl, och R är C^_2”alkylkark°nyl· benshydryl-karbonyl eller styrylkarbonyl, mäste R4 vara C^^-alkyl.
12. Förfarande för framställning av en förening enligt patentkravet 11, kännetecknat därav, att man acy-lerar en förening med den allmänna formeln R1 - NH - CH - R2 II !4 12 4 väri R , R och R har de i patentkravet 11 angivna betydel-serna, under användning av lämpligen en syraklorid, som härrör frän en karboxylsyra, varvid reaktionen utförs i närvaro av ett syrabindande medel.
