Teippi 75587
Keksintö koskee teippiä, liimanauhaa, joka muodostuu kohokuvioitua synteettistä lämpömuovautuvaa poly-5 merisaattia olevasta kannatinkalvosta ja tämän toisella puolella olevasta liimakerroksesta.
Teippejä valmistetaan päällystämällä ensiksi kan-natinkalvon toinen puoli kemiallisella adheesion välitys-aineella ja sen jälkeen päällystämällä kannatinkalvon näin 10 esivalmistettu pinta liima-ainekerroksella.
Tämän adheesion välittävän esipohjustuksen tehtävänä on ankkuroida liima-ainekerros lujasti kannatinkal-voon. Teippiä monikerroksiseksi teippirullaksi rullattaessa teipin liimakerrokseton ulkopuoli tulee päällipuolelle 15 rullassa. Teippiä rullasta otettaessa on vaarana, että rullan yhden kierroksen liimakerros turmeltuu siksi, että se osittain tai kokonaisuudessaan siirtyy teippirullan viereisen kierroksen liimakerroksettomaan ulkopuoleen.
Tämän haitan poistamiseksi on tavallista päällys-20 tää teipin kannatinkalvon liimakerrokseton ulkopuoli ke miallista ainetta olevalla takertuman- eli adheesionesto-kerroksella. Teippiä rullaksi rullattaessa tämä estokerros vähentää adheesiota rullan viereisten kerrosten faasi-rajapinta-alueella siten, että teippi ei repeydy tai kat-25 kea sitä rullasta purettaessa; adheesionestokerroksesta on kuitenkin seurauksena, että etenkin nopeassa teipin otossa rullalta esiintyy häiritsevän voimakas purkautumis-eli poisrullautumismelu, joka on haitallinen ko. työtä tekevälle työntekijälle. Adheesionestopäällysteensä takia 30 ei kannatinkalvon liimakerrokseton ulkopuoli sovellu painatukseen. Esimerkkeinä tällaisista tunnetuista ratkaisuista voidaan mainita DE-kuulutusjulkaisussa 1245523, GB-patenttijulkaisussa 1005547 ja US-patenttijulkaisussa 4139669 esitetyt ratkaisut.
35 Keksinnön tehtävänä on saada aikaan kannatinkalvos ta ja tämän toiselle puolelle muodostetusta liimakerroksesta koostuva teippi, jossa kannatinkalvon toinen liima-aineeton 75587 puoli on painatuskelpoinen, joka on rullalta suhteellisen vähäisellä voimankäytöllä liimakerroksen vahingoittumatta purettavissa ja joka nopeasti rullalta purettaessa, kun halutaan valmistaa pienempiä teippirullia, ei aiheu-5 ta häiritsevän kovaa ääntä.
Keksinnön tavoitteena oleva tehtävä ratkaistaan patenttivaatimuksessa 1 ilmoitetun rakennemuodon omaavalla teipillä.
Keksinnön erikoisen edulliset muodot on ilmoitettu 10 patenttivaatimuksissa 2-4.
Keksinnön mukaisen tuotteen kannatinkalvo muodostuu synteettisestä lämpömuovautuvasta polymerisaatista, suosite-tusti polypropeenista tai polyvinyylikloridista, erityisen suositellusta polyvinyylikloridista, jonka paksuus on alle 15 35 mikrometriä, edullisesti 25...30 mikrometriä. Kannatin kalvo on mieluimmin orientoitu valmistukseen liittyvällä venytyksellä, erikoisen edullisesti se on valmistuksessa kaksiakselisesti venytysorientoitu.
Kannatinkalvossa on ainakin sen toisella puolella pro-20 fHoivia, sitä kohokuvioimalla muodostettuja kohoumia jaet tuina tasaisesti kannatinkalvon koko pituuden ja leveyden yli. Kohoumilla on sama syvyys eli korkeus, joka on 5...20 mikrometriä.
Kohokuvioidulla kalvolla tarkoitetaan sel-25 laista kalvoa, jonka toisella puolella on lukuisia kohoumia, joita vastaavat kalvon toiselle puolelle samanaikaisesti muodostuneet syvennykset.
Kalvon toisella puolella olevien kohoumien ja vastakkaisella puolella olevien vastaavien syvennysten välissä 30 on tasaisia alueita.
Keksinnön suositetussa muodossa teipin kannatinkalvossa on sen mukaan yksinomaan kohoumia sisältävä ensimmäinen puoli ja yksinomaan syvennyksiä, jotka vastaavat mainittuja kohoumia, sisältävä toinen puoli.

Liimakerros on teipin kannatinkalvon sillä puolella, jossa on yksinomaan syvennyksiä.
Teipin kannatinkalvon yksinomaan kohoumia sisältävä pinta on päällystämätön.
5 Keksinnön mukaisesta tuotteesta on rullaamalla muo dostettavissa teippirullia,joilta teippi on otettavissa eli purettavissa suhteellisen vähäisellä voimankäytöllä ilman että tällöin esiintyy häiritsevän voimakasta ääntä ja ilman että teippirullan kierroksen liimakerrosta joutuu 10 sen viereisen kierroksen päällystämättömälle pinnalle.
Kannatinkalvon liima-aineeton pinta soveltuu aivan hyvin painatukseen.
Kohokuviointisyvyydellä tarkoitetaan kohoumien laen ja niiden pohjatason välistä etäisyyttä; kannatinkalvon 15 ollessa tasomuodossa vastaa tällöin kohoumien pohjataso sitä tasoa, jossa kohouman pohjapintaa rajoittava reuna on.
Kohoumat ovat käytännöllisesti katsoen yhtä korkeat; niiden lakipinnat ovat kapeat niiden pohjapintaan verrattuna.
Kaikilla kohoumilla on samanmuotoiset ja -mittaiset 20 lakipinnat.
Kokonaispinta, joka on kaikkien lakipintojen summa, on pieni verrattuna kannatinkalvon kohokuvioimattomaan kokonaispintaan .
Yksinomaan kohoumia sisältävää kannatinkalvon puolta 25 kutsutaan positiivisrakenteiseksi ja toista, yksinomaan syvennyksiä sisältävää kannatinkalvon puolta kutsutaan ne-gatiivisrakenteiseksi.
Keksintöä selitetään lähemmin piirustusten avulla, jolloin 30 kuviossa on esitetty keksinnön eräs sovellutus- muoto, jossa teipin kannatinkalvon liimakerroksettomalla puolella on kohoumia ja liimakerroksisella puolella syvennyksiä, jotka muodoltaan vastaavat kohoumia.

Kuviossa on numerolla 3 merkitty rullaksi rullattu keksinnön mukainen teippi, jolloin 4 on sen kannatinkalvo. Numerolla 5 on merkitty kannatinkalvon syvennyspuoli, numerolla 6 sen kohoumapuoli ja numerolla 7 kohokuvioin-5 nissa muodostuneet uramaiset syvennykset, jotka vastaavat paatsamaisia kohoumia. 9 on liimakerros, 12 on vinoneliö-kuviointi, ja 13 on kannatinkalvon päällipintaan päin suuntautuva liimakerroksen 9 puoli.

1. Teippi, joka muodostuu synteettistä lämpömuovau-tuvaa polymerisaattia olevasta kannatinkalvosta (4) ja 5 kannatinkalvon (4) toisella puolella (5) olevasta liima- kerroksesta (9), tunnettu siitä, että kannatinkalvon (4) paksuus on pienempi kuin 35 mikrometriä, että kannatinkalvo (4) on venytysorientoitu ja että sen toisella pinnalla (6) on profiloivia, kalvoa kohokuvioimalla 10 muodostettuja kohoumia (8), ja toisella puolella kohoumien (8) vastamuotoisia syvennyksiä (7), että kohoumien (8) syvyys on 5 - 20 mikrometriä ja että liimakerros (9) peittää kannatinkalvon sen pinnan (5), jossa on syvennyksiä (7) .
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teippi, tun nettu siitä, että kannatinkalvo (4) on kaksiakselisesti venytysorientoitu.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen teippi, tunnettu siitä, että kannatinkalvon paksuus on 20 20-30 mikrometriä.
