Förfarande för framställning av nya vattenlösli-ga, immunförsvaret stimulerande glykoproteiner genom att 5 extrahera ur Klebsiella Pneumoniae de glykoproteiner, vilka innehäller 30-45% proteiner, 30-40% neutralmonosackarider, minst 4% glukuronsyra, 2-5% monosackaridaminer och vilka har en molekylvikt av cirka 350 000, känneteck-n a t därav, att man behandlar med en kvaternär ammonium-10 förening en glykoproteinlösning, vilken erhällits genom ultrafiltrering av lysatextraktet frän en Kleibsiella Pneumoniae-kultur, separeras supernanten genom att avlägs-na fällningen, och behandlar den supernatant, vilken utgörs av en saltlösning av glykoproteinerna med en kali, lägmole-15 kylär alkohol vilken för erhällande av ny fällning, vilken man änyo löser i vatten, dialyserar, lyofiliserar, löser änyo, gelfiltrerar, varefter man uppsamlar, koncentrerar och eventuellt torkar den först eluerade fraktionen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kanne-20 tecknat därefter, att - den använda kvartära ammoniumföreningen utgörs av cetyl-trimetylammoniumbromid; - supernatanten separeras genom centrifugering; - den lägmolekylära alkoholen utgörs av etanol; 25. det använda gelet utgörs av Ultragel ACA34; - den eluerade fraktionen torkas genom lyofilisering.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att glykoproteinerna extraherats ur den stam som deponerats pä PASTEUR-Insti- 30 tutet under nummer 52 145.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att proteindelen innehäller cirka 30% sura aminosyror.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, 35 kännetecknat därav, att polysackariddelen har ungefär en glukosmolekyl per fyra galaktosmolekyler.
