Claims (11)
1. En i ett lösningsmedelsbaserat färgformulat innehällande huvudsakiigen hartsbindemedel färgärane och lösningsmedel utförd förbättring för att förbättra färgforumlatets korrosionsförhind-rande egenskaper, kännetecknad av, att nämnda för-bättring ästadskomms genom tillsats av färgämne bestäende av finfördelade manganomanganoxiddammpartiklar tili nämnda färg-formulat.
2. Lösningsmedelsbaserat färgformulat enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att nämnda manganomanganoxidfärg-ämne är Mn^O^ -damm med följande tyniska fysikaliska egenskaper: a) en kemisk sammansättning innehällande ätminstone 96 vikt-% manganomanganoxid, varvid en blandning innehällande kaliumoxid, magnesiumoxid, kaliumoxid och kiseldioxid samt mindre an 1 vikt-% fri manganmetai1 är i järnvikt, och b) partikelstorleken är sadan, att 98 % av partiklarna är mindre än ca 10 pm.

Lösningsmedelbaserat färgformulat enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av .tt det innehaller ca 10-30 vikt-% hartsbindemedel ca 20-35 vikt-% Mno0„-dammfärgämne, 2-25 vikt-% valbara färgämnen samtutdrvgninqs - och fyllnadsmedel och kor-rosionsförhindrande ämnen, 0-1,5 vikt-% model för att befrämja färgämnets suspendering och 30-90 vikt-% lösningsmedel. 1 Lösningsmedelbaserat färgformulat enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknat av att nämnda hartsbindemedel är en epoxihartsförening, som härlelts ur bisfenol Λ och epiklorhydrin, vilka härdats medelst polyaminer valda ur en grupp bestämde av polyaminoamider, dietylentriamin, trietylentetramin och koltjära-aminer. 7371 5

12. Manganomanganoxidfärgämne för användning i lösningsmedelsbaserat färgformulat enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-11, kännetecknat av att det innehäller damm-partiklar med klotlik form, av vilka 99 Ϊ tränger i qenom en Tyler-sil pä 325 mesh och vilka innehäller 96-98 vikt-% Mn^O^.
