Claims (8)
1. Preparat av multifas-kombinationsserietyp för oral prevention, vilket bestär av 20-22 tabletter, vilka var och 5 en innehäller gestagen och estrogen, känneteck-n a t därav, att en första fas bestär av 5-8 tabletter, vilka var och en innehäller gestagen och estragen, en andra fas bestär av 5-8 tabletter, vilka var och en har en gesta-gendos överstigande densamma i första fasen och en estrogen-10 dos som är mindre än i första fasen, och en tredje fas bestär av 5-11 tabletter, vilka var och en har en gestagendos som är lika med eller är större än i andra fasen och en estrogendos som är lika med eller mindre än i andra fasen, och varvid som gestagen används desogestrel eller ett 3-oxo-15 derivat därav och som estrogen används entinylestradiol och mängden gestagen i varje tablett i första fasen är 0,050 mg eller mindre, mängden estrogen i varje tablett i första fasen är mindre än 0,050 mg, och förhällandet mellan gestagen-mängderna i de nämnda tre faserna är 1:(1,5-5):(3-6).
2. Preparat enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t därav, att mängden etinylestradiol per tablett i första fasen är mellan 0,030 och 0,045 mg, i andra fasen mellan 0,020 och o,o35 mg och i tredje fasen mellan 0,015 och 0,030 mg.
3. Preparat enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n - netecknat därav, att totalmängden etinylestradiol i de 20-22 tabletterna är mindre än 0,750 mg och är före-trädesvis under 0,700 mg.
4. Preparat enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, k ä n-30 netecknat därav, att totalmängden gestagen i de 20-22 tabletterna uttryckt i mg desogestrel är 2-4 gänger sä stor som talmängden etinylestradiol, uttrycket i mg.
5. Preparat enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, k ä n-netecknat därav, att första fasen bestär av 7 35 tabletter, vilka var och en som gestagen innehäller 0,025 mg desogestrel och som estrogen 0,040 mg etynylestradiol, andra fasen bestär av 7 tabletter, vilka var och en inne-
