Claims (19)
1. Förfarande för framställning av porös polypropylen i pulverform, vilken kan innehälla upp tili 10% polyetylen, 5 kännetecknat därav, att en het lösning av polypropylen i pentaerytritolester av fettsyror med ett viktför-hällande polypropylen:pentaerytritolester av 30:70 - 10:90 längsamt avkyls tili ungefär rumstemperatur, den stelnade massan eventuellt finfördelas mekaniskt och extraheras med ett 10 lösningsmedel, i vilket pentaerytritolestern är löslig, och lösningsmedlet därefter eventuellt tili stor del avlägsnas, varvid bildas porös polypropylen i pulverform med en skenbar 3 täthet av 0,1-0,3 g/cm och en kornstorlek f rein 50 tili 700^um samt en utifrän tillgänglig tomrumsvolym frän 70 tili 85%. 15
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck nat därav, att man använder pentaerytritolestrar av synte-tiska fettsyror med 8 tili 10 kolatomer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man använder etanol för extraktionen. 20
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck nat därav, att man använder lösningar med ett viktförhäl-lande av polypropylen tili pentaerytritolester mellan 25:75 -15:85.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, k ä n -25 netecknat därav, att lösningarna avkyls inom omrädet frän ca 260 tili 120°C genomsnittligt med en hastighet frän 1 tili 20°C per minut.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att avkylningen genomförs med en hastighet frän 30. tili 10°c per minut.
7. Porös polypropylen i pulverform, känneteck-n a d därav, att den är framställd pä sä sätt, att en het lösning av polypropylen i pentaerytritolester av fettsyror med ett viktförhällande polypropylen:pentaerytritolester av 30:70-35 10:90 längsamt avkyls tili ungefär rumstemperatur, den stelnade massan eventuellt finfördelas mekaniskt och extraheras med ett lösningsmedel, i vilket pentaerytritolestern är löslig, och lösningsmedlet därefter eventuellt tili stor del avlägsnas.
