Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en farmakologiskt ak-tiv högervridande isomer, i huvudsak fri frän den vänstervri-dande isomeren, av en optiskt aktiv (+)-(3-metyl-4-oxo-5N-piperidinotiazolidin-2-yliden)-ättiksyre-ester ((+)-ozolinon-ester) med den allmänna formeln I f j-fQ RO-C-CH=C C=0 X
3 X i vilken R är en rak eller förgrenad alkylgrupp med 1-4 kol-atomer, och *C betecknar en asymmetrisk kolatom, kanne-t e c k n a t därav, att (+)-ozolinon med formeln II , t-4o HO-C-CH=C C=0 L3
3 II och med den lämpliga kirala konfigurationen, under bibehal-lande att det kirala centret, överförs i en högervridande isomer med den allmänna formeln I genom att blanda snabbt i ett lösningsmedel som är inert under reaktionsbetingelserna med hänsyn tili racemisering, i en temperatur av ca -10° -ca -40°C med ett överskott av en förening vald bland: tio-
