Claims (2)
1. Förfarande för kontinuerlig framställning av sammansatta nätformade strukturer bestäende av minst tvä pä varandra lagda fibrillerade filmer i vilket man: (1) framställer en film av minst en syntetisk polymer av en tjocklek mellan 35 och 1 200 ^um, (2) orienterar filmen för att bilda en orienterad film av en tjocklek mellan 15 och 200 ^um, (3) fibrillerar den orienterade filmen med att leda filmen över en yta som är försedd med nälar, bett eller motsvarande medel som lämpar sig för ästadkommandet av slitsar, sä att det bildas sneda, ofibrillerade band som bildar en vinkel /3 som är mellan 0,30° och 50° med filmslitsarnas riktning, (4) lägger ätminstone tvä sälunda fibrillerade filmer pä varandra , (5) töjer i tvärriktningen sammansättningen eller stapeln av pä varandra lagda filmer och (6) värmestabiliserar sammansättningen av de töjda och pä varandra lagda filmerna, kännetecknat därav, att ätminstone tvä filmer efter att ha blivit orienterade ilängdriktningen fibrilleras med en vinkel /3 mellan de sneda, ofibrillerade banden och slitsriktningen som är olika för varje film, sä att det dä filmerna läggs pä varandra med praktiskt taget sammanfallande matningsriktning varmed de ofibrille-rade bander i varje enskilt fall korsa de sneda banden i de övriga filmerna och dä töjningen av sammansättningen av de pä varandra lagda filmer sker intill de ofibrillerade banden bildas en ny vinkelft med den ursprungliga slitsriktningen som är mellan /3 och ± 80°.
2. Anordning för öppning eller töjning i tvärriktning av en sammansättning av minst tvä pä varandra lagda fibrillerade filmer som används vid förfarandet enligt patentkrav 1 och som omfattar: (A) ett matningssystem (1) för sammansättningen av de pä varandra lagda fibrillerade filmerna, (B) ett par divergerande styranordningar (2) som vardera bildar en sluten krets, vilka styranordningar närä matningssystemet (1) är pä ett avständ frän varandra som motsvarar filmens ursprungliga bredd Lq och därefter gradvis fjärmar sig frän varandra tili ett avständ som motsvarar den önskade bredden av den töjda sammansättningen av filmer, il
