Claims (8)
1. Förfarande vid framställning av väteperoxid genom omväxlande reduktion och oxidation av alkylerade antrakinoner, vilka är upplösta i ett eller flera organiska lösningsmedel tili en vätskeformig arbetslösning, varvid arbetslösningen underkastas katalytisk hydrering i en reaktor genom att 5 den bringas i kontakt med väte i närvaro av en hydreringskatalysator, kännetecknat av att hydreringen ästadkommes genom att arbetslösningen och väte bringas att strömma genom en fast katalysatorbädd, som bestir av en eller flera ordnade katalysatorkroppar uppbyggda av en tunnväggig och sammanhängande struktur med genomgaende och parallella 10 kanaler, varvid katalysatorkropparna tillsammans bildar parallella, lika llnga kanaler som är parallella med arbetslösningens flödesriktning.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att katalysatorkorpparna Mr uppbyggda av omväxlande plana och korrugerande 15 skikt som bildar de parallella kanalerna.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att katalysatorkropparna är uppbyggda av en fast, företrädesvis inert struktur, pa vars väggar hydreringskatalysatorn är fast anbringad i form 20 av ett tunt skikt.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att hydreringskatalysatorn är anbringad pl den inerta strukturen med hjälp av en porös bärare. 25
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att katalysatorkropparna är uppbyggda av en porös bärare, i vars porer eller nätverk hydreringskatalysatorn är anbringad. 30
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4 eller 5, kännetecknat av att bäraren utgöres av kiseldioxid, aluminiumoxid, silikat och/eller aktivt koi.
