Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för bainithärdning av olegerade eller nägot le-gerade, förändringströga stäl med läg martensitpunkt, vilka stäl har följande sairanansättning 0,50 - 1,00 % C 0,10 - 1,50 % Si 0,25 - 1,50 % Mn max. 0,045 % P max. 0,045 % S 0,20 - 0,90 % Mo och/eller 0,20 - 2,00 % Cr resten järn och sedvanliga föroreningar, kännetecknat därav, att bainithärdningen utföres i martensitpunktens temperaturomräde eller i temperaturomrädet o-medelbart ovaru'ör detta och tili en förändringsgrad av högst ca 85 % jämfört med den maximala längdökningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att stalets sairanansättning är 0,57 - 0,75 % C 0,15 - 0,35 % Si 0,70 - 0,85 % Mn av vardera max. 0,035 % P % S 0,20 - 0,50 % Mo och/eller 0,20 - 1,00 Cr resten järn och sedvanliga föroreningar.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att Mn-halten är 0,50 - 1,50 %.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, k ä n n e -# t e c k n a t därav, att stälens seghet, uppmätt med kompakta runda provstavar med en diameter av 4,5 mm, är över 70 J, före-trädesvis över 85 J och härdhet minst 57 HRC, företrädesvis 58 HRC och mera, speciellt 60. 1
