Claims (4)

1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt användbara peptider med formeln I och farmaceutiskt godtagbara syraadditions-salter därav A - B (I) väri A är deamino-GLN, GLN eller (SAR) -GLN, där n är ett heltal n 1-4, och B är LYS-OH, LYS-NH2 eller LYS-SAR-NH2, känneteck-n a t därav, att a) en B-aminosyra, vars -aminogrupp är skyddad, binds med en kovalent bindning tili ett polymerharts, som innehäller en funk-tionell grupp, vid vilken den första skyddade aminosyran kan härt bindas med en kovalent bindning, b) -aminoskyddsgruppen avlägsnas frän B-aminosyran, c) en A-aminosyra, vars eventuellt närvarande <Ä -aminogrupp skyddats och vars £-aminogrupp skyddats kopplas tili B-aminosyra-hartset, d) dä gruppen A innehäller en eller flera sarkosylgrupper, binds lämpligt sarkosin, vars ^-aminogrupp skyddats, vid kedjan och 0( -aminoskyddsgruppen frän sarkosylgruppen, och upprepar denna procedur dä n är större än 1, och e) dä gruppen B innehäller en sarcosylgrupp, binds sarkosinet, vars <k -aminogrupp skyddats vid hartset före steg a), cA -aminoskyddsgruppen avlägsnas och den övriga delen av gruppen B binds vid SAR-harts, f) frän den resulterande peptiden avlägsnas hartset och samtliga skyddsgrupper med lämpliga reagenser, och peptiden omvandlas, om sä önskas tili ett farmaceutiskt godtagbart sait.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 för framställning av en peptid med formeln h-gln-lys-nk2 kännetecknat därav, att man i steg a) använder en LYS-aminosyra och i steg c) en GLN-aminosyra och hartset är ett bens-hydrylaminharts.
