Claims (12)
1. Förfarande för sprutning av ätminstone ett tillsatsämne in i en strömning av homogeniserat basplastmaterial samt för bringande av basmaterialet och tillsatsämnet tili mastiseringsbehandlinq i en kugghjulspumo (29) , kännetecknat därav, att det homogeniserade basmaterialet ledes frän en homogeniseringsanord-ning, t.ex. en skruvextruder, tili den tillsatsämne sprutande anordningen (19, 30), som bildas av minst ett ihäligt rör (22, 33), som är sä beläget, att det inmatade tillsatsämnet insprutas i basplastmaterialet som ett gränsskikt (37, 38), som är sälunda beläget, att det löper via ändomrädet eller ändomrädena för kugghjulspumpens (29) kuggar (35) sä, att tillsamtsämnet dispergeras i gränsskiktet, sä att huvuddelen av tillsatsämnet stannar i gränsskiktet tili basplastmaterialet, och att materialet ledes frän kugghjulspumpen (29) tili slutproduktens formerings-anordning, t.ex. en formgavel, varvid det modifierade plastmate-rialet placerat sig i ett klart definierat omräde eller omräden pä slutprodukten.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att ätminstone ett tillsatsämne sprutas i ett plastmaterial i form av ett vätskeartat färgämne.
3. Anordning för att förverkliga förfarandet enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att därtill hör en tillsatsämne sprutande anordning eller anordningar (19, 30) i en kanal (17), igenom vilken det homogeniserade basplastmaterialet löper, ett tillsatsämnet matande rör (21, 32) för varje munstycke, vilket munstycke bestär av ett ihSligt rör (22, 33), som delar basplastmaterialet för att bilda utrymmet väri tillsatsämne insprutas, varvid varje rör när in i kanalen (17) tili ett kort avständ frän kanalens vägg och varje rör (22, 33) är sä placerat, att tillsatsämnet sprutas i den del av basplastmaterialets gränsskikt (37, 38) som löper i ändomrädena för kugghjulspumpens (29) kuggar (35), vilken pump anordnats att mastisera basplastmaterialet och dispergera tillsatsämnet i huvudsak i det ia 6719 2 gränsomräde, som motsvarar det omräde väri tillsatsämne sprutats.
4. Anordning enligt patentkrav 3f kännetecknad därav, att kanalen (17) uppdelats i flera pä ett avständ frän varandra belägna kanaler, av vilka ätminstone en försetts med ett ihäligt rör (22, 33), som när ett litet stycke utät frän kanalens vägg för att dela basplastmaterialet samt för att inspruta tillsatsämne i plastmaterialet.
5. Anordning enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att därtill hör ett organ för att hälla tillsatsämnena ätskils frän varandra, vilket organ bestär av en delningsanordning (23, 27), som när frän tillsatsämnenas sprutningsomräde tili inloppsomrädet för kugghjulspumpen.
6. Anordning enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att i kanalen förekommer tvä tillsatsämnet sprutande anordningar (19, 30), vilken kanal bildas av mittemot varandra belägna häl i tvä skivformade element (13, 24), vilka element har inlopps- och utloppsöppningar (17, 25, 18, 26) pä ett avständ frän varandra, vilka öppningar stär i förbindelse med kugghjulspumpens (29) motsvarande inlopps- och utloppsutrymmen (28, 36) och att varje skivformat element försetts med ett ihäligt rör (22, 33) i inlopps-öppningen (17, 25), igenom vilket tillsatsämne kan sprutas tili basplastmaterialets gränsyta.
7. Anordning enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad därav, att de skivformade elementens (13, 24) inlopps- och utlopps-öppningars (17, 25, 18, 26) axlar anordnats parallellt samt vinkel-rätt tili plastmaterialets strömningsaxel i kugghjulspumpen (29).
8. Anordning enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att kanalen bestär av ett skivformat element (39), vilken kanals axel ställer sig pä samma linje som plastmaterialets strömningsaxel i kugghjulspumpen (29), varvid i inloppsöppningen (40) förekommer tvä diametralt motsatta rör (41, 42), vilkas ändor slutar ett litet stycke frän inloppshälets vägg, varvid tillsatsämnet
