Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för framställning av klordioxid, känneteck-n a t därav, att man (1) matar pä i och för sig känt sätt klorvätesyra och natriumklo-rat, som framställts i en elektrolyscell, tili en reaktionszon för att framställa klordioxid, varvid natriumklorat mätäs i ett överskott i förhällande tili den stökiömetriskä mängden, (2) bringar pä i och för sig känt sätt klorvätesyran och natrium-kloratet att reaqera i reaktionszonen i en temperatur mellan ca 65 och 80 °C och i ett reducerat tryck, som är ca 100...700 mmHg, för att bilda en gasformig reaktionsprodukt, som inne-häller klordioxid och klor, varvid natriumkloriden som bildas utfaller och bildar en slamliknande äterstäende reaktionsbland-ning, som innehäller den utfällda natriumkloriden, 1Λ 66580 14 (3) kontinuerligt pä i och för sig känt sätt avlägsnar klordioxiden som den gasformiga reaktionsprodukten, (4) samtidigt avlägsnar den slamliknande äterstäende reaktions-blandningen, som innehäller den utfällda natriumkloriden, kon-tinuerligt frän reaktionszonen, (5) matar vatten tili den sä avlägsnade äterstäende reaktionsbland-ningen för att lösa natriumkloriden och bilda en natriumklorid innehällande lösning, (6) bläser luft eller en inert gas genom lösningen som innehäller natriumklorid för att avlägsna eventuellt kvarstäende klor-dioxid och klor frän lösningen, (7) äterför klordioxiden och kloren, som är avlägsnade frän lösningen tili reaktionszonen genom ett utjämningsrör, samt (8) ätercirkulerar lösningen tili en elektrolyscell för att framställa natriumklorat.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att molförhällandet mellan den matade klorvätesyran och natriumkloratet är ca 0,3:1...mindre än ca 2:1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att klorvätesyran och natriumkloratet mätäs som vatten-lösningar av dessa med koncentration om ca 200...400 g/1, resp. ca 300... 600 g/1.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man bringar klorvätesyran och natriumkloratet att reagera i reaktionszonen vid en temperatur om ca 65...ca 80 °C under ett reducerat tryck om ca 100...700 mmHg.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man kontinuerligt avlägsnar klordioxid som gasformig produkt genom att använda änga.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att vattnet som man matar tili den avlägsnade äterstäende reaktionsblandningen för att lösa natriumkloriden, har en temperatur om ca 55...ca 70 °C.
