Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för kontinuerlig strängsprutning av ett tvärbundet isolermaterial i ett slutet utrymme, i vilket förfarande ett tvär-bindbart isolermaterial (11) ledes genom en uppvärmd strängsprut-ningsmaskin (13) och en bryggbildare (16) insprutas i isolermate-rialet i strömningsriktningen ett kort avständ före spruthuvudet (17), och i vilket förfarande blandningen som innefattar brygg-bildaren uppvärmes tili en temperatur som Sr i närheten av den högsta temperaturen för strängsprutning av blandningen sä att den slutliga tvärbindningen äger rum däri, kännetecknat av att förfarandet omfattar de följande stegen: - det tvärbindbara isolermaterialet (11) ledes genom strängsprut-ningsmaskinen (13) som är uppvärmd tili en temperatur närä den högsta tillätna temperaturen för materialet, cirka 2D0°C, för att bringa materialet tili ett sä tunnflytande tillständ som möjligtl - det tvärbindbara isolermaterialet (11) filtreras vid nämnda temperatur; - det filtrerade materialet kyles tili en temperatur som är nägot lägre (cirka 150°C) än reaktionstemperaturen för bryggbildaren (16); - bryggbildaren (16) insprutas efter kylningssteget i isolermaterial e t - det tvärbindbara isolermaterialet (11) och bryggbildaren (16) blandas med varandra,' och - temperaturen hos blandningen höjes tili närheten av den högsta temperaturen för strängsprutning av blandningen sä att den slutliga tvärbindningen äger rum däri.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att en tvärbindningsretardator frän början sättes tili det tvärbindbara isolermaterialet (11).
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att en tvärbindningsretardator frän början sättes tili bryggbildaren (16).
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att bryggbildaren (16) är en lösning i en vätskeformig bärare.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att det tvärbindbara materialet (11) är polyeten. 15 66309
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentKraven 1-5, känneteck-n a t av att bryggbildaren (16) är en organisk peroxid, säsom dicumylperoxid.

Anordning för kontinuerlig strängsprutning av ett tvärbundet isolermaterial genom förfarandet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, vilken anordning omfattar en uppvärmbar strängsprutningskropp (13), ett spruthuvud (17,IV) ooh en injektor (15,111) för insprut-ning av en bryggbildare (16) i ett ställe i strömningsriktningen ett kort avständ före spruthuvudet, och i vilken anordning bland-ningen som innefattar bryggbildaren är uppvärmbar tili en tempera-tur som är i närheten av den högsta temperaturen för strängsprutning av biandningen sä att den slutliga tvärbindningen äger rum däri, kännetecknadav att anordningen omfattar ett filter (14) som är beläget i närheten av utloppet frän nämnda strängsprutningskropp (13), att nämnda injektor (15,111) för bryggbildaren (16) är anordnad mellan filtret och nämnda spruthuvud (17,IV), och att ett kylmedel har anordnats mellan filtret och injektorn, varvid temperaturerna i anordningens olika zoner l kan regleres pä sädant sätt, att strängsprutningskroppen kan upp-värmas tili en temperatur närä den högsta tillätna temperaturen för materialet, cirka 200°C, för att bringa materialet tili ett sä tunnflytande tillständ som möjligt och det filtrerade materialet kan kylas tili en temperatur som är nägot lägre än reaktionstemper-aturen för bryggbildaren, dvs. cirka 150°C.
9. Anordning enligt patentkrav Θ, kännetecknadav att den omfattar en blandningsanordning mellan injektorn (15,111) och spruthuvudet (17,IV).
10. Anordning enligt patentkrav 9, kännetecknadav att blandningsanordningen bestär av en extra strängsprutningsanordning.
11.
