Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för upparbetning av manganklumpar och för selek-tiv ätervinning av i dem ingäende värdeämnen, säsom nickel, koppar, kobolt och zink, pä övervägande hydrometallurgisk väg, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att i och för sig kända kemiskmetallurgiska förfaringsätgärder kombineras sä att a) det tili en partikelstorlek under 10 mm finfördelade rämateria-let suspenderas i vatten, företrädesvis i den i förfaringssteget b) erhällna tvättlösningen, suspensionen upphettas och bringas att rea-gera vid en temperatur av 150-300°C, förträdesvis 200°C under till-försel av svavelsyra i en tryckreaktor under 0,5-4 timmar, varvid suspensionen efter reaktionens slut uppvisar en svavelsyrahalt av 60237 maximalt 35 g/1, företrädesvis 8-15 g/1, b) den avkylda suspensionen filtreras, äterstoden tvättas och filtra-tet underkastas en kopparspecifik lösningsmedelsextraktion med oximer eller derivat av 8-hydroxikinolin, ur vars svavelsura eluat kopparn ätervinns i ren form med reduktionselektrolys, c) raffinatet frän lösningsmedelsextraktionen förs genan en selektivt verkande fastbäddskatjonbytare som innehäller aminokarbon- eller iminodikarbonsyragrupper för avskiljning av nickel, kobolt och zink, och den belastade utbytaren elueras med utspädd saltsyra, d) ur det saltsura eluatet utfälls kobolt(III)hydroxid genom in-blandning av klor i gasform och samtidig tillförsel av kalkmjölk vid ett pH-värde av företrädesvis 3,8-4, den bildade hydroxiden filtre-ras, kalcineras och reduceras tili kobolt, medan tili filtratet till-sätts kalkmjölk vid ett pH av 6,5-8 och den utfällda nickel- och zinkhaltiga fällningen avskiljs, kalcineras och reduceras pyro-metallurgiskt, varvid nickeln erh&lls som metall och zinken som bläsoxid, och slutligen, e) den i fastbäddjonbytarprocessen enligt förfaringssteget c) genom-strömmande, värdeämnesfria restlösningen reglerad tili av ett pH-värde av 7-10 behandlas med kalkmjölk och luft och den bildade fällningen avskiljs och deponeras analogt med den i förfaringssteget a) erhällna äterstoden frän tryckextraktionen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att efter avskiljning av kopparn frän raffinatet, nickel-, kobolt- och zinksulfiderna utfälls genom inledning av svavelväte, tili vilken kan blandas väte, vid ett pH-värde av 0,5-2,5, företrädesvis 1,5, en temperatur av 50-150°C, företrädesvis 120°C, och ett tryck av 2-20 atm, filtreras och upplöses i utspädd saltsyra vid en temperatur av 50-100°C, företrädesvis vid 90°C, varvid bil-dat svavelväte änyo används för sulfidfällning.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1 och 2, kännetecknat därav, att efter kopparns avskiljning sker ätervinningen av nickel, kobolt och zink, frän det saltsura eluatet frän fastbäddskat jonbytaren enligt patentkravet 1, respektive frän den saltsura lösningen enligt patentkravet 2, via deras oxider pä ett sädant sätt att med i och för sig känd lösningsmedelsextraktion eventuellt under tillsats av koksalt, med tributylfosfat, tertiära aminer eller
