Claims (2)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett vattenhaltigt, anioniskt polyuretanlatex utan tillsats av främmande emulgeringsmedel, varvid man omsätter en anjonisk, sulfönerad polyester med en molekylvikt av 1000-4000 och innehällande 0,5“3 viktprocent svavel med minst ett di-isocyanat och med kedjeförlängningsmedel, varefter den er-hällna produkten dispergeras i vabten, kännetecknat av att A) man i vattenfri miljö framställer en förpolymer med en molekylvikt av 2000-10000 med homogen fördelning av denna molekylvikt, ett innehäll av kväve av 1-5 viktprocent och änd-NCO-grupper, varvid denna förpolymer framställs genom omsättning av: a) en anjonisk, sulfönerad polyester erhällen genom kondensering av en icke-sulfonerad tvävärd syra, sora utgöres av bärnstens-syra, adipinsyra, korksyra, sebacinsyra, maleinsyra, fumarsyra, 1 3 58143 ortoftalsyra, isoftalsyra, tereftalsyra eller en metyl-, etyl-, propyl- eller butyldiester av dessa syror, en diol, som utgöres av etylenglykol, propylenglykol, butan-diol, hexandiol, noepentylglykol, dietylenglykol, dipropylengly-kol, cyklohexandiol, dicyklohexandiol, en sulfonerad dikarboxylsyra, sasorn isosulfoftalsyra eller sulfo-bärnstenssyra, eller en metyl-, etyl-, propyl- eller butyldiester av dessa syror, eller ett alkalimetallsalt därav, b) ett di-isocyanat i sadan mängd, att den erhällna förpolyme-ren som funktionella ändgrupper enbart innehäller NCO-grupper, varvid di-isocyanatet utgöres av 2,4-toluen-diisocyanat, 2,6- toluen-diisocyanat, 4,4'-difenylmetan-diisocyanat, hexametylen-diisocyanat, isoforon-diisocyanat, difenyl-diisocyanat, naftalen-diisocyanat, m-fenylen-diisocyanat eller p-fenylen-diisocyanat, samt c) ett kedjeförlängningsmedel i form av etylenglykol, dietylenglykol, neopentylglykol, hexandiol eller butandiol, varefter B) den erhällna förpolymeren med NCO-ändgrupper, eventuellt lost i en liten mängd organiskt lösningsmedel, dispergeras i vat-ten för kedjeförlängning med vatten och bildande av ett latex av polyuretan med förhöjd molekylvikt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännet ecknat av att man använder en förpolymer, som bildats genom omsättning mellan: a) en anjonisk, sulfonerad polyester, som erhällits genom konden-sering av **· - bärnstenssyra, adipinsyra, korksyra, sebacinsyra, maleinsyra eller fumarsyra, eller en metyl-, etyl-, propyl- eller butyldiester därav, etylenglykol, propylenglykol, butandiol, hexandiol, neopentylglykol, dietylenglykol eller dipropylenglykol, isosulfoftalsyra eller sulfobärnstenssyra, eller en metyl-, etyl-, propyl- eller butyldiester därav, eller ett alkalimetallsalt därav, b) 2,4-toluen-diisocyanat, 4,4'-difenylmetan-diisocyanat eller hexametylen-diisocyanat, och c) etylenglykol, dietylenglykol eller neopentylglykol.
