Abstract

Tämän esityksen suoritusmuodot esittävät laitteita, menetelmiä, tietokoneella luettavia välineitä ja järjestelmäkonfiguraatioita saantimenetelmään liittyvien laatukokemus (QoE) -mittojen valvomiseksi ja raportoimiseksi. Selitys ja patenttivaatimukset voivat sisältää muita suoritusmuotoja.

Claims (11)

Patenttivaatimukset
1. Kokemuksen laadun (QOE) seurantalaite, joka sisältää: OoE-valvontamoduulin (120) seuraamaan yhtä tai useampaa soittolistaelementtiä, joka sisältyy dynaamisen adaptiivisen suoratoiston hypertekstinsiirtoprotokollan (DASH) -muotoillun sisällön soittolistametriikkaan, havaitsemaan vaihtotapahtuma, laskemaan soittolistan metriikka ja raportoimaan soittolistan metriikka, jossa yksi tai useampi soittolistaelementti sisältää ainakin luettelon toistojaksoista ja pysäytyssyyn, joka perustuu vaihtotapahtumaan, joka pysäytyssyyn osoittamaan — vaihtotapahtumaa syynä siihen, että DASH-formatoidun sisällön toisto pysäytettiin; ja tunnettu siitä, että QoE-valvontamoduulin on raportoitava yksi tai useampi QoE- metriikka, joka käsittää luettelon HTTP-pyyntö/vastaus-tapahtumista.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite, jossa toistojaksojen luettelon toistojakso käsittää aikavälin käyttäjän toimenpiteen ja sen välillä, kumpi tapahtuu aikaisemmin seuraavista: seuraavan käyttäjän toiminnon, toiston päättymisen tai toiston pysäyt- tämisen epäonnistumisen.

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite, jossa QoE-valvontamoduulin on raportoita- va yksi tai useampi QoE-metriikka QoE-raportissa, joka on muotoiltu, joka sisältää laajennettavan merkintäkielen (XML) ja QoE-valvontamoduulin on valinnaisesti ra- portoitava yksi tai useampi metriikka HTTP POST -pyynnöllä, joka sisältää XML- muotoisia metatietoja.

4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen laite, jossa yksi tai useampi QoE- x metriikka käsittää luettelon esitysvaihtotapahtumista; luettelo HTTP- N pyyntö/vastaustapahtumista; ja/tai mediaesityskuvaus (MPD) -tiedot vastaanotetun = DASH-muotoisen sisällön mediasisällön esityksistä.

5. Kokemuksen laadun (QoE) seurantamenetelmä (400), joka käsittää: 3 seurataan (404) yhtä tai useampaa soittolistaelementtiä, joka sisältyy dynaamisen N adaptiivisen suoratoiston hypertekstinsiirtoprotokollan (DASH) kautta - formatoidun sisällön soittolistametriikkaan;
havaitaan (408) vaihtotapahtuma; lasketaan (412) soittolistan metriikka osoittamaan, että vaihtotapahtuma on syy siihen, että DASH-muotoisen sisällön toisto keskeytettiin, jolloin vaihtotapahtuma sisältää joko siirtymisen yksinlähetyksestä (unicast) yleislähetykseen tai — vaihtaa yleislähetyksestä yksinlähetykseen; raportoidaan (416) soittolistan metriikka; ja tunnettu siitä, että raportoidaan (504) yksi tai useampi QoE-metriikka, joka käsit- tää luettelon HTTP-pyyntö/vastaustapahtumista.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä (400), jossa toistojaksojen luettelon toistojakso käsittää aikavälin käyttäjän toimenpiteen ja sen välillä, kumpi tapahtuu aikaisemmin seuraavista: seuraavan käyttäjän toiminnon, toiston päättymisen tai toiston lopettamisen epäonnistumisen.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen menetelmä (400), joka käsittää: yhden tai useamman OoE-metriikan raportoinnin OoE-raportissa, joka on muotoiltu laajennettavaksi merkintäkieleksi (XML), ja valinnaisesti yhden tai useamman metriikan raportointi HTTP POST - pyyntösignaloinnin avulla, joka kuljettaa XML-muotoista metadataa.
8. Laite, joka on konfiguroitu suorittamaan minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 5-7 mukaiset menetelmät.

10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen järjestelmä, jossa toistojaksojen luettelon tois- tojakso käsittää aikavälin käyttäjän toimenpiteen ja sen välillä, kumpi tapahtuu ai- kaisemmin seuraavista: seuraavan käyttäjän toiminnon, toiston päättymisen tai tois- ton lopettamisen epäonnistumisen.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen järjestelmä, jossa QoE-logiikan (120) on rapor- toida yksi tai useampi metriikka HTTP POST -pyyntösignaloinnin avulla, joka kuljet- taa XML-muotoista metadataa.
