Abstract

Uppfinningen avser en fiberbanmaskins torkpartis koppling, vilken innefattar - en icke roterbart monterad kopplingsstomme (21) innefattande anslutningar (13, 23) för kondensat och/eller ånga i kopplingsstommens (21) ände och - en ringkolv (25) placerad icke roterbar i kopplingsstommen (21), men fjäderbelastad och axialt rörlig styrd av en axial cylinderyta (21a), - en till ringkolven (25) anslutande rak radial tätningsyta (30a), - ett till nämnda axel (10c) anslutet mothåll (29) och en till detta anordnad roterande sfärisk tätningsyta (29a), vars radie r är 0,55 – 0,75, förmånligast 0,58 – 0,70 gånger kolringstätningens (28) ytterdiameter Du, - en mellan nämnda roterande sfäriska tätningsyta (29a) och till ringkolven (25) anslutande tätningsyta (30a) anordnad flytande kolringstätning (28) där kolvens (25) fjädring och mottryck trycker ihop tätningsytorna (28a, 29a). Uppfinningen avser även ett motsvarande arrangemang.

Claims (11)

  1. Patentkrav
    1. En fiberbanmaskins torkpartis koppling, särskilt en ångoch/eller kondensatkoppling, med vars hjälp fiberbanmaskinens
    5 cylinder hålls trycktät och ändå möjliggör cylinderns rotation och det i fast position befintliga rörsystemets (11, 12) genomföring in i cylindern genom dess axels (10c) innerutrymme (C), där kopplingen är avsedd att monteras omedelbart utanför det närmaste lager (18) som uppbär cylindern (10), vilken
    10 koppling innefattar • en icke roterbart monterad kopplingsstomme (21) innefattande anslutningar (13, 23) för kondensat och/eller ånga i kopplingsstommens (21) ände och • en ringkolv (25) placerad icke roterbar i kopplingsstom-
    15 men (21), men fjäderbelastad och axialt rörlig styrd av en axial cylinderyta (21a), • en till ringkolven (25) anslutande rak radial tätningsyta (30a), • ett till nämnda axel (10c) anslutet mothåll (29) och en
    20 till detta anordnad roterande sfärisk tätningsyta (29a) • en mellan nämnda roterande sfäriska tätningsyta (29a) och till ringkolven (25) anslutande tätningsyta (30a) anordnad flytande kolringstätning (28) där kolvens (25) fjädring och mottryck trycker ihop tätningsytorna (28a, 29a),
    25 kännetecknad av att den sfäriska tätningsytans (29a) radie r är 0,55 - 0,75, förmånligast 0,58 - 0,70 gånger kolringstätningens (28) ytterdiameter Du.
  2. 2. Koppling enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att kolven
    30 (25) innefattar ett mottrycksområde (30b) för ledande av ångtryck bakom ringkolvens (25) krage (30) för att trycka på kolringstätningen (28).
  3. 3. Koppling enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att
    20185157 PRH 18-01-2019 ringkolvens (25) stödyta (25a) har utformats som en löpande passnings cylinderyta där dess innerdiameter ställs mot kopplingsstommens (21) förlängning bildade yttre cylinderyta (21a).

  8. 8. Koppling enligt något av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknad av att det av ringkolven (25) åstadkomna yttrycket på den raka tätningsytan (30a) är 0,5-2 N/mm2.
  9. 9. Koppling enligt något av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknad

  10. 10. Arrangemang i änden av en pappersmaskins/kartongmaskins cylinder (10), där cylinderns axel (10c) är lagrad med ett la-
    30 ger (18) som tillåter vinkelavvikelse och vilket lager (18) stöder med sin ytterring mot ett underlag, kännetecknat av att det i arrangemanget finns en koppling enligt något av patentkraven 1-9, vilken är förbunden med en stomme (19) som bär upp lagret (18).
  11. 11. Arrangemang enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknat av att den sfäriska ytans radie r är 15 - 40 %, förmånligast 15 - 25 % av lagrets (18) och kolringstätningens (28) axiala mittmåtts in5 bördes avstånd L.
