Claims (11)

1. Menetelmä kalsiumkarbonaattisaostuman muodostumisen ehkäisemiseksi tai vähentämiseksi prosessipinnoilla paperin tai kartongin valmistusprosessissa, jossa prosessiveden pH on > 7, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishappoa käytetään antiskalanttiaineena, jolloin prosessiveden pH-arvo muuttuu vähemmän kuin 1 pH-yksikköä permuurahaishapon lisäämisen jälkeen.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishappoa lisätään prosessiveteen ainakin yhdessä prosessikohdassa, joka käsittää konekyypin, sekoituskyypin, kiertovesikanavan, viirasiilon, lyhyen kierron kierron, kiertovesisäiliön, kuitujen talteenottojärjestelmän ja/tai suihkuvesijärjestelmän.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishappoa lisätään suodattamattomaan prosessiveteen ja/tai prosessiin tulevaan tuoreveteen.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että prosessiveden pH on > 7,3, edullisemmin 7,5 - 8,5.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että prosessiveden pH-arvo muuttuu vähemmän kuin 0,5, edullisemmin vähemmän kuin 0,3 pH-yksikköä permuurahaishapon lisäämisen jälkeen.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishapon lisäys on alueella 0,1 - 150 mg/l, edullisesti 0,3 - 100 mg/l, edullisemmin 0,5 - 50 mg/l, jopa vieläkin edullisemmin 0,7 - 20 mg/l.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kiertoveden kalsiumpitoisuus on alueella 100 - 1000 mg/l, edullisesti 200 - 800 mg/l, edullisemmin 400 - 600 mg/l.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että prosessi on vapaa happopesuvaiheesta.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishappoa käytetään antiskalanttiaineena painopaperin, kirjoituspaperin, pakkauspaperin tai pehmopaperin valmistuksessa, edullisesti pehmopaperin valmistuksessa.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistusprosessi käyttää kuitumassaa, joka käsittää vähintään 50 % kierrätettyä kuitumateriaalia.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että permuurahaishappoa käytetään antiskalanttiaineena estämään saostuman muodostuminen prosessipinnoilla, jotka pinnat on valittu paperikonepinnoista, telapinnoista, prosessikudoksista, viiroista ja/tai huovista.
