Abstract
【解決手段】 製紙工程中のパルプ調成工程において、ミキシングチェストで攪拌・混合に付される以前のパルプスラリーに無機アルミニウム化合物を添加し、ミキシングチェストで攪拌・混合に付される以後のパルプスラリーに分子量20,000〜200,000のポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩を添加することにより、上記の課題を解決する。

Description
B:パルパー(シート状のパルプや損紙を水中で細かく分散(離解)し、スラリー状にする)
C:リファイナー(叩解機とも呼ばれ、パルプ繊維を磨り潰して一定の長さに調節(叩解)したり、繊維を毛羽立たせる)
D:原料チェスト(製造する紙製品に応じて、パルプを保留する液槽(チェスト)であり、KP、DIP(古紙)、ブロークなどがある)
F:ジョルダン(リファイナーと同様の機能)
G:マシンチェスト(最終のパルプを保留する)
H:種箱(ミキシングボックスとも呼ばれ、原料パルプの配合率の調整や紙製品の特長となる薬剤を添加し、均一にする機器である)
I:ファンポンプ(ミキシングポンプとも呼ばれ、通常、大型の渦巻きポンプでパルプを混合する)

Claims (5)
- 製紙工程中のパルプ調成工程において、ミキシングチェストで攪拌・混合に付される以前のパルプスラリーに無機アルミニウム化合物を添加し、ミキシングチェストで攪拌・混合に付される以後のパルプスラリーに分子量20,000〜200,000のポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩を添加することを特徴とする製紙工程用ピッチ障害防止方法。
- 無機アルミニウム化合物が、硫酸アルミニウム、ポリ塩化アルミニウム、ポリ塩化ヒドロキシアルミニウムまたはミョウバンである請求項1に記載の製紙工程用ピッチ障害防止方法。
- 製紙工程が、古紙またはクラフトパルプを原料とする工程である請求項1または2に記載の製紙工程用ピッチ障害防止方法。
- 無機アルミニウム化合物をパルプスラリーのパルプ絶乾重量に対し、有効成分として50〜10,000mg/kg添加する請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の製紙工程用ピッチ障害防止方法。
- ポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウム塩をパルプスラリーのパルプ絶乾重量に対し、有効成分として5〜2,000mg/kg添加する請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の製紙工程用ピッチ障害防止方法。
