Claims (19)

1. Menetelmä kalvon valmistamiseksi fibrillisellusta, jossa menetelmässä -johdetaan fibrilliselludispersiota suodatinkerroksen päälle, - valutetaan fibrilliselludispersiosta nestettä alipaineen vaikutuksesta suodatinkerroksen läpi, joka on fibrillisellun fibrillejä läpäisemätön mutta nestettä läpäisevä, kalvoarkin muodostamiseksi suodatinkankaan päälle, - kohdistetaan kalvoarkkiin lämpöä kalvoarkin vastakkaisella puolella läm-pöpintakontaktin avulla samalla, kun jatketaan nesteen valuttamista suodatinkerroksen läpi suodatinkerroksen yli vaikuttavan paine-eron avulla, joko i) kalvoarkin pinnan kontaktissa lämpöpinnan kanssa tai ii) lämpöpinnan kontaktissa lämpöpinnan ja kalvoarkin väliin sijoitetun kerroksen, kuten suodatinkankaan kanssa tai rakennekerroksen kanssa, johon kalvo laminoidaan, jolloin myös lämpöpinta kohdistaa kalvoarkkiin painetta, joka saa aikaan ainakin osan suodatinkankaan yli vaikuttavasta paine-erosta, ja - irrotetaan kalvoarkki suodatinkerroksesta erillisenä fibrillisellukalvona, tai vaihtoehtoisesti - pidetään suodatinkerros kalvossa olennaisena osana kalvotuotetta, joka käsittää suodatinkerroksen ja fibrillisellukalvon.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nestettä valutetaan kalvoarkista suodatinkankaan läpi alipaineen vaikutuksesta samalla, kun lämpöpinta kohdistaa kalvoarkkiin painetta, jolloin mainittu alipaine ja lämpö-pinnan kohdistama paine yhdessä saavat aikaan suodatinkankaan yli vaikuttavan paine-eron.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa nestettä valutetaan kalvoarkista suodatinkankaan läpi ainakin yhteen adsorboivaan arkkiin samalla, kun lämpöpinta kohdistaa kalvoarkkiin painetta, jolloin mainittu lämpöpinnan kohdistama paine saa aikaan suodatinkankaan yli vaikuttavan paine-eron.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kalvoarkki kuivataan erilliseksi kalvoksi arkkimuotissa, johon fibrilliselludispersio syötettiin.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa fibrillisellususpensio syötetään liikkuvaan suodatinkankaaseen jatkuvana kerroksena, ja valmistetaan jatkuvaa kalvoa johtamalla jatkuva kerros liikkuvan suodatinkankaan avulla eri käsittelyvaiheiden läpi, minkä jälkeen kalvo erotetaan suodatin-kankaasta.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa ensimmäinen fibrilliselludispersio johdetaan ensin suodatinkankaan päälle ja siitä valutetaan nestettä fibrilliverkoston muodostamiseksi, minkä jälkeen mainitun fibrilliverkoston päälle syötetään toinen fibrilliselludispersio, jossa fibrillien koko on pienempi kuin ensimmäisen fibrilliselludispersion fibrillien koko, ja toisesta fibrilliselludispersiosta valutetaan nestettä mainitun fibrilliverkoston ja suodatinkankaan läpi.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, jossa toisen fibrillidispersion fibrillit ovat senkokoisia, että ne pystyvät tunkeutumaan suodatinkankaan läpi, jos toinen fibrillidispersio syötetään suoraan suodatinkankaaseen.
8. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa fibrilliselludispersio, jossa selluloosa sisältää anionisesti varautuneita ryhmiä, esi-käsitellään alentamalla sen pH:ta, minkä jälkeen esikäsitelty fibrilliselludispersio syötetään alennetussa pH:ssa suodatinkankaalle.
9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa fibrilliselludispersio syötetään suodatinkankaaseen konsentraatiossa 0,1-10,0%, sopivimmin 0,5-5,0 %.
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa kalvo-arkin lämpötila pidetään alle 100°C:ssa kalvoarkkiin kohdistettavan lämmön avulla.
11. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa neste valutetaan kalvoarkista alipaineen vaikutuksesta vastakkaisiin suuntiin kalvo-arkin kummankin pinnan läpi.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kalvoarkin vastakkaisille puolille kohdistetaan lämpöä ja painetta.
13. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa kalvo-arkki irrotetaan suodatinkerroksesta, jonka läpi nestettä on poistettu fibrilli-selludispersiosta tai kalvoarkista, erillisen fibrillisellukalvon muodostamiseksi.
14. Fibrillisellukalvo, joka on erillinen kalvo, jonka rakenteellinen eheys saadaan aikaan selluloosafibrilliverkoston avulla, tai joka on kiinnitetty toista materiaalia olevaan arkkiin, jolloin mainitun fibrillisellukalvon tiheys on 1200-1600 kg/m3, sopivimmin 1300-1500 kg/m3, ja kalvon fibrillisellu on silloitettu ja kalvon vetolujuusindeksi 85 %:n suhteellisessa kosteudessa on yli 35 Nm/g.
15. Patenttivaatimuksen 14 mukainen fibrillisellukalvo, jonka tiheys on 1400-1450 kg/m3.
16. Patenttivaatimuksen 14 tai 15 mukainen fibrillisellukalvo, jossa kalvon paksuus on 5-50 pm, sopivimmin 10-50 pm, kun se on erillisenä kalvona, ja 5-40 pm, kun se on kiinnitetty toista materiaalia olevaan arkkiin.
17. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 14-16 mukainen fibrillisellukalvo, jossa kalvon vetolujuusindeksi on yli 60 Nm/g.
18. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 14-17 mukainen fibrillisellukalvo, joka on kiinnitetty paperiarkille, pahviarkille tai muovikalvolle.
19. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 14-17 mukainen fibrillisellukalvo, joka on kiinnitetty suodatinkerrokseen, joka kykenee pidättämään kalvon selluloosa-fibrillit, kun ne ovat dispersiossa, mutta päästää dispersion nesteen lävitseen.
