Claims (18)

1. Endoglukanaspolypeptid som härstammar frän svamp, och som hör till glykosylhydrolasfamilj 45, och som har en väsentlig effekt vid läga tem- 5 peraturer, och som omfattar en aminosyrasekvens, som har minst 65-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 13, minst 48-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 15, minst 87-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 17, minst 90-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 19, minst 90-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 21 eller minst 49-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 23, eller ett enzymatiskt aktivt fragment 10 därav.
2. Endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1, vilken omfattar en aminosyrasekvens, som har minst 90-procentig identitet, företrädesvis minst 95-proecntig identitet och heist minst 98-procentig identitet med sekvens nr 13, 15, 17 eller 23, eller ett enzymatiskt aktivt fragment därav.
3. Endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1, vilken omfattar en aminosyrasekvens, som har minst 95-procentig identitet, och företrädesvis minst 98-proecntig identitet med sekvens nr 19 eller 21, eller ett enzymatiskt aktivt fragment därav.
4. Endoglucanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1, vilken härstammar 20 frän Geomyces eller Fusarium, företrädesvis frän G. pannorum eller F. cfequi- seti, heist frän G. pannorum RF 6293 (CBS 119567), F. cf. equiseti RF6318 (CBS 119568), G. pannorum RF6546 (CBS 119958), eller G. pannorum RF6608 (CBS 119962).
5. Förfarande för framställning av en endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1, vilket innebär att man transformerar en värdcell med en express- 5 ionsvektor, som kodar nämnda polypeptid, och odlar nämnda värdcell under betingelser som möjliggör expression av nämnda polypeptid, och eventuellt tar tillvara polypeptiden och renarden.
10. Enzympreparat, vilket innehäller en endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1. 10
11. Förfarande för behandling av cellulosahaltigt material, vilket om- fattar att man bringar det cellulosahaltiga materialet i kontakt med en endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1 eller med ett enzympreparat enligt patentkrav 10.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 11, där behandlingen utförs vid en 15 temperatur pä <50 °C, företrädesvis <40 °C.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 11, vilket utförs vid ett pH pä ca 3-9, företrädesvis 4-8 och heist 5-6,5.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 11, vilket är biostentvätt eller bio- finishing. 20
15. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 11, vilket innebär hydrolys av lignocellulosahaltigt material eller livsmedelsapplikation.
16. Tvättmedelskomposition, vilken omfattar en endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt patentkrav 1 eller ett enzympreparat enligt patentkrav 10.
17. Djurfoder, vilket omfattar en endoglukanaspolypeptid enligt pa-25 tentkrav 1 eller ett enzympreparat enligt patentkrav 10.
