Claims (15)
1. Förfarande för proppning av ett hai, särskilt ett häl i ett kylelement, vid vilket förfarande i ett häl (9) i ett föremäl som väsentligen bestär i huvudsak av 5 koppar, säsom stomdelen (2) av ett kylelement (1), anordnas en propp (8) huvudsakligen av koppar, kännetecknat av att mellan proppens (8) sidoyta (11) och halets inneryta (13) anordnas lödningsmedel (10) i form av en folie, vars smälttemperatur är lägre än smälttemperaturen hos de delar som skall sammanfogas, och pä lödningsmedelfoliens (10) yta och/eller atminstone pä en ίο av de ytor (11,13) som skall sammanfogas tillförs ett skikt tenn (Sn), fogningsomrädet mellan atminstone proppen (8) och föremälet, säsom kylelementets stomdel (2), upphettas tili smälttemperaturen hos atminstone en del av lödningsmedlet eller tili närheten därav och fogningsomrädet avkyls. 15
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att lödningsmedel (10) tillförs hälet (9) i stomdelen (2) och/eller proppens (8) fogningsomräde (11) innan proppen inpassas i hälet.
;· 3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att lödningsmedlet i ' .. 20 (10) förefinns i folieform och omfattar flere skikt.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, kännetecknat av att V ·' lödningsmedlet (10) valts ur en grupp som i kombination omfattar Ag+Cu, * ► * v : Al+Cu, Sn+Cu eller Sb+Cu. 25 •;;j
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att i viss legeringskomposition lödningsmedlet (10) har en eutektisk sammansättning med koppar. » ; I : : 30
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, kännetecknat av att : : lödningsmedlet (10) utgörs väsentligen av Ag. 114855
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 3, kännetecknat av att lödningsmedlet (10) utgörs väsentligen av AI.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat av att 5 lödningsmedelfoliens tjocklek är 10 - 500 pm, företrädesvis 20-100 pm.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat av att foliens mittparti har en tjocklek av 10 - 100 pm och ytskikten 1 - 20 pm. ίο
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, kännetecknat av att utöver lödningen svetsas proppen (8) fast vid stomdelen (2).
11. Kylelement för ugnar, vilket element omfattar en stomdel (2) huvudsakligen av koppar och i stomdelen bildade kanaler (3, 4, 5) för kylmedelcirkulation och i 15 stomdelen (2) har vid bildandet av kanalerna (3, 4, 5) upptagits i dess yta utmynnande häl, av vilka ätminstone en del är proppade, kännetecknat av att förbandet mellan proppen (8) och stomdelen (2) är ett diffusionsförband.
12. Kylelement enligt patentkrav 11, kännetecknat av att fogytorna bestar 20 huvudsakligen av proppens sidoyta (11) och hälets inneryta (13).
13. Kylelement enligt patentkrav 11 eller 12, kännetecknat av att proppen omfattar en gängdel (12) och en konisk förbindningsdel (11).
14. Kylelement enligt nagot av patentkraven 11 - 13, kännetecknat av att fogen har bildats genom att använda en mellan förbindningsytorna (11, 13) anordnad lödningsmedelfolie (10).
15. Kylelement enligt nägot av patentkraven 11 - 14, kännetecknat av att 30 proppens (8) förbindningsdel (11) utformats självcentrerande.
