Claims (6)

1. Stälband som varmvalsats till en sluttjocklek, som är minst 2 mm och högst 12 mm, vars mikrostruktur innefattar ätminstone 95 % martensit och/eller bainit och varvid stälet innefattar i viktprocenter: 0,08% - 0,16% C, 0,5% - 1,5% Cr och/eller 5 0,1% - 0,5% Mo, 0,6% - 1,1% Mn, och 0,1% - 0,3% Si, < 0,015% S och < 0,03% P, 0,01% - 0,08% Al, samt resten Fe och oundvikliga orenheter, och varvid stäl-bandets draghällfasthet är 700 Mpa - 1500 Mpa med brottöjning, vars A5-värde är ätminstone 6%, och sträckhällfasthet är 600 Mpa - 1400 Mpa.
2. Varmvalsat stalband enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att stälet dessutom in nefattar 0,0005% - 0,005% B och/eller 0,01% - 0,1% Ti.
3. Varmvalsat stälband enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att dess sträckförhäl-lande är inom intervallen 0,8 - 0,96. 15
4. Förfarande för att framställa ett sädant varmvalsat stälband, vars sluttjocklek är minst 2 mm och högst 12 mm, varvid stälet innefattar i viktprocenter: 0,08% -0,16% C, 0,5% - 1,5% Cr och/eller 0,1% - 0,5% Mo; 0,01% - 0,08% AI; 0,6% -1,1% Mn; 0,1% - 0,3% Si, samt resten Fe och oundvikliga orenheter, varvid förfa- 20 randet innefattar skedena: - stälbandet varmvalsas vid en temperatur mellan 860°C - 960°C tili nämnda sluttjocklek; - det varmvalsade stälbandet direktsläcks med högst 15 sekunders fördröjning efter ‘. den sista kalibern tili en avslagstemperatur mellan 20°C - 520°C, sä att nedkyl- , 25 ningshastigheten vid direktsläckningen är minst 30°C/s.
