Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en tryckkänslig elektronisk tangent eller tastatur, kännetecknat därav, att 5 det omfattar följande steg, att: framställa ett basskikt (1;21) med minst ett första elektriskt ledande omräde (2;241), 10 applicera minst ett tunt skikt av fluid inne- fattande en organisk polymer och ett partikel-formigt piezoelektriskt material som ett före-gängarmaterial pä det nämnda minst ett första elektriskt ledande omrädet, 15 omvandla det nämnda minst ett tunna skiktet av nämnda föregängarmaterialet tili en väsentligen sammanhängande och enhetlig fast film (3) av sammansatt material av piezoelektriskt material i 20 en matris av en polymer som är fast häftat vid det nämnda första elektriskt ledande omrädet, ' ; bilda ett andra elektriskt ledande omräde (4;242) pä avständ frän det första elektriskt ledande 25 omrädet (2;241) vid och med fast häftning tili ·.’· den fasta filmen av det sammansatta materialet av i det piezoelektriska materialet anordnat i : matrisen och att bilda en bro över ett utrymme mellan de elektriskt ledande omräden 30 (2,4; 241,242) för att ästadkomma minst ett väsentligen monolitiskt piezoelektriskt element, vilket häftar fast vid nämnda basskikt och v * omfattar den nämnda fasta filmen av det samman- .· satta materialet av det piezoelektriska : 35 materialet (3 ) i matrisen med nämnda första och andra elektriskt ledande omräden (2,4,-241,242), 112. h (' 32 ..... och polarisera det piezoelektriska materialet (3) anordnat i matrisen i förhällande tili de nämnda första och andra elektriskt ledande omräden (2,4/241,242). 5
