Claims (4)

1. Pressmantel for en pressanordning för awattning av en massabana (30), särskilt awattning av en pappersbana vid presspunkten (34) i en pappersmaskin, varvid pressmantebi har ett bälte (10) med ett inre skikt (20) av ett elastomert mat- 5 rismaterial bortvänt fran massabanan (30), i vilket inbäddats förstärkningsträdar (16, 18) och pä vilket placerats ett yttre slitbeständigt skikt (22) vänt mot massabanan (30), kännetecknad av att det slitbeständiga skiktet (22) bestar av samma eller lik-nande matrismaterial som det inre skiktet (20) och det har förstärkts med inkorpore-rade slitbeständiga partiklar (24), att i förstärkningsträdama firms längsgaende trädar 10 (16) transversalt mot massans rörelseriktning (36), pä vilka placerats spiralformiga tvärträdar (18) som löper väsentligen i massans rörelseriktning (36) och ända till bältets (10) randomrade (14) och att det slitbeständiga skiktet när endast ovanpa det pressomräde (12) av bältet (10) som avgränsas mellan de tvä laterala randomrädena.
2. Pressmantel enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att de slitbeständiga partik-15 lama (24) bestar av stenmjöl, keramiskt pulver eller glasmaterial.

Förfarande för fiamställning av pressmanteln enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, där det första skiktet (20) av ett första elastomert matrismaterial gjuts pä ett gjutstycke (38) och förstärknignsträdama (16, 18) da lindas, kännetecknat av att innan det första skiktet (20) härdas, gjuts det andra skiktet (22) pä det första skiktet (20) som 20 bestär av en blandning av ett andra matrismaterial och slitbeständiga partiklar (24).
