PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR UN POLIMERO DE ADN QUE COMPRENDE UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEOTIDOS QUE CODIFICA UN ACTIVANTE DEL PLASMINOGENO DE TIPO TEJIDO FIBRINOLITICAMENTE ACTIVO O LA CADENA A DEL MISMO QUE HA SIDO MODIFICADO EN LA REGION DEL DOMINIO DEL FACTOR DE CRECIMENTO.
