Abstract
METODO DE FABRICACION DE ELEMENTOS CON UNA CAPA DE RESISTENCIA ELECTRICA. CONSISTE EN LA FABRICACION DE UN ELEMENTO EN EL QUE SE FORMA UNA CAPA DE RESISTENCIA ELECTRICA HOMOGENEA, DE UN MATERIAL RESISTIVO CON UNA RESISTIVIDAD DE 10 OHMIOS, SOBRE UN SUSTRATO AISLANTE. LA SUSPENSION ESTABLE, SIN AGLUTINANTE, QUE SE DISPONE SOBRE EL SUSTRATO CONTIENE OXIDO DE RUTENIO Y PARTICULAS DE VIDRIO. A PARTIR DE ESTA SUSPENSION SE FORMA POR CALENTAMIENTO UNA CAPA DE RESISTENCIA ELECTRICA QUE CONTIENE OXIDO DE RUTENIO. EL METODO PUEDE APLICARSE A LA FABRICACION DE TUBOS DE RAYOS CATODICOS.
