PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FORMACION DE MOLDES DE METAL CON ALTO PUNTO DE FUSION, MEDIANTE PULVERIZACION DE METAL SOBRE UNA FORMA EN ELASTOMERO SILICONA CARGADO. CONSISTE EN FABRICAR EL MOLDE A TRAVES DE UN ELASTOMERO SILICONA BASE AL QUE SE APORTA POR CUALQUIER MEDIO ADECUADO, MEZCLADORES, BATIDORAS O AMASADORAS, UN 20 A UN 90% EN PESO DE FINAS PARTICULAS DE UNA CARGA REFRACTARIA, Y EN APLICAR SOBRE DICHO MOLDE UNA PULVERIZACION FINA EN FORMA DE PEQUEÑAS PARTICULAS DE METAL FUNDIDO DE ALTO PUNTO DE FUSION, AL OBJETO DE OBTENER UN RECUBRIMIENTO DEL MOLDE. DE APLICACION EN LA FABRICACION DE MOLDES PARA LAS INDUSTRIAS DEL CALZADO, DE LA JUGUETERIA Y DE DETERMINADOS SECTORES DE LA INDUSTRIA AUTOMOVILISTICA.
