Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the defect of a thermally-sprayed film resulting from sticking of thermal spraying powder on the inner surface of a nozzle by forming a film consisting of substance of inferior wettability to the thermal spraying powder on the inner surface of the thermal spraying nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A film 6 consisting of substance of inferior wettability to thermal spraying powder is formed on the inner surface of a thermal spraying nozzle 1. Ni and at least one kind selected from SiC and BN are incorporated at 10-20vol.% in the component of the film 6. Further Ni and at least one kind selected from among Si3N4, WC, TiC and Cr3C2 are incorporated at amount not more than 50vol.% in the component of the film 6. As a result, since melted thermal spraying powder can be prevented from being stuck on the inner surface of the nozzle, such a problem that the block of thermal spraying powder stuck on the inner surface of the nozzle is stuck on a thermally-sprayed film 9 formed on a thermal spraying object 7 is not generated.
