CONSISTE EN INTRODUCIR, A PARTIR DE LA CARA DE CARNE DE LAS PIELES, ENZIMAS PROTEOLITICAS CON ACCION DEPILADORA, EN UN MEDIO ACUOSO, EMPLEANDO PRESION Y HACERLAS ACTUAR HASTA EFECTUAR EL AFLOJAMIENTO DEL PELO, DESPUES DE LO CUAL SE EJECUTA LA DEPILACION; DONDE EL MEDIO ACUOSO DE LAS ENZIMAS PROTEOLITICAS CON ACCION DEPILADORA SE INTRODUCE ALIMENTANDOSE A UNA PRESION DE 10 A 50 BAR, HACIENDOLAS ACTUAR DURANTE UN TIEMPO APROXIMADO ENTRE 10 Y 30 MINUTOS, Y DONDE LAS ENZIMAS PROTEOLITICAS QUE SE INCORPORAN SON AQUELLAS QUE POSEEN UN GRADO OPTIMO DE ACTIVIDAD EN EL ENLACE DE PH DE 7,5 HASTA 13,0 EN UNA FLOTACION ACUOSA, QUE CORRESPONDE AL GRADO OPTIMO DE ACTIVIDAD DE LAS ENZIMAS PROTEOLITICAS EMPLEADAS.
