Abstract

Procédé pour désagréger des cuirs à colle industriels, des lambeaux de peaux, des copeaux de drayage ou des déchets similaires par hydrolyse enzymatique, pour pouvoir ensuite dégrader biologiquement l'hydrolysat liquide ou, le cas échéant, le réutiliser sous forme de produits récupérables industriellement. Des protéinases alcalines ayant un optimum d'activité à un pH compris entre 9 et 13 sont utilisées en présence d'urée dans la gamme de pH optimale et, le cas échéant, l'hydrolyse est complétée en une seconde phase ou en d'autres phases, au moyen de protéinases faiblement alcalines, neutres ou acides. Ce procédé est inoffensif au point de vue écologique.
