POLLINIS, EN PRESENCIA DE UN POLIMERO SOLUBLE O DISPERSABLE EN AGUA, QUE RETIENE LAS CELULAS EN EL MEDIO DE FERMENTACION, A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 27 Y 32JC Y A UN PH ENTRE 3 Y 6; B) RETIRAR LAS CELULAS DEL CALDO C) PURIFICAR Y CONCENTRAR EL CALDO PARA OBTENER ERITRITOL; D) CRISTALIZAR EL ERITRITOL; Y E) RETIRAR LOS CRISTALES DE ERITRITOL DEL CALDO DE CULTIVO, PARA OBTENER POLIOLES QUE TIENEN UN 5 A 30 DE RIBITOL; UN 30 A 60 DE GLICEROL Y EL RESTO ERITRITOL.
