PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE GRASAS Y ACEITES GLICERIDOS.CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO UNA DISPERSION DE LOS REACTIVOS, QUE INCLUYEN GLICERIDOS, UN ACEITE VEGETAL O UN PRODUCTO DEL MISMO Y UN ACIDO GRASO LIBRE, EN UN LIQUIDO ORGANICO INNISCIBLE CON EL AGUA, CON UN ENZIMA ACTIVADO CON 0,1-30 DE AGUA EN PESO DEL CATALIZADOR INCLUYENDO EL SOPORTE DEL CATALIZADOR, QUE COMPRENDE TIERRA DE DIATOMEAS, PARA CATALIZAR LA REACCION QUE SE EFECTUA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 10 A 70JC; EL ENZIMA PUEDE SER LIPASA, ESTERASA, PROTEASA, PEPTIDASA, AMIDASA,GLICOSIDASA O HIDRATASA; REDUCIR LA ACTIVIDAD ACUOSA DE LA DISPERSION MEDIANTE UN DESECANTE EN CONTACTO CON LA FASE DE VAPOR DE LA DISPERSION, LOS DESECANTES INCLUYEN TAMICES MOLECULARES PARA RETENER SELECTIVAMENTE EL VAPOR DE AGUA, GEL DE SILICE, ALUMINA, SULFATO DE MAGNESIO Y CLORURO DE CALCIO; Y RECUPERAR LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA DISPERSION.DE APLICACION EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE LAS GRASAS PARA ALIMENTACION, TALES COMO MARGARINAS, Y PARA MEJORAR LA CALIDAD DELAS GRASAS NATURALES.
