SE ENFRIA POSTERIORMENTE HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA POR DEBAJO DE 70JC. SE AÑADE A LA MEZCLA UN SABOR EN UNA CANTIDAD DEL 11 EN PESO, CON AGITACION PARA DISPERSAR UNIFORMEMENTE DICHO SABOR EN ELLA.
