CONSTITUIDA POR UN VENTURI (1,3,10) COLOCADO SOBRE UN SOPORTE (2), UN ROTOR DE ARRASTRE (7) PROVISTO DE PALAS Y COLOCADO EN LA PARTE ESTRECHA DEL VENTURI Y UN GENERADOR ELECTRICO, CUYO ROTOR (18), DOTADO DE POLOS CONSTITUIDOS POR IMANES PERMANENTES O ELECTROIMANES, ESTA ACOPLADO AL ROTOR ARRASTRE (7) FORMANDO UNA PIEZA GIRATORIA UNICA Y EL ESTATOR (19,21) FIJADO AL VENTURI. EL ROTOR ARRASTRA UN GENERADOR ELECTRICO COMPLEMENTARIO (13), AL QUE ESTA UNIDO POR MEDIO DE UN EMBRAGUE (14) Y UN MULTIPLICADOR DE VELOCIDAD (16) QUE SE PONE EN MARCHA CUANDO LA VELOCIDAD DEL ROTOR SOBREPASA UN VALOR PREFIJADO.
