CONSTITUTION:Generally, the motive power produced by a motor is changed into tension along the circumference of a pulley directly coupled to a shaft and the outside diameter of the rotor of the motor is almost equal to that of the pulley. If the output of the motor is 7.5KW and the tension along the circumference of the pulley is 52.5kg, motive power necessary for electricity generation by an electric generator which is made from the motor by changing its winding and whose output is 7.5KW can be met with the tension 52.8kg. The diameter of the rotor 1 is reduced by a half but the rotor is extended four times in the longitudinal direction to compensate for the decrease in its volume to maintain the same electricity generating capability. The diameter of the pulley is not changed, so that the diameter is double that of the rotor.
