Abstract

Dispositif permettant de capter l'énergie du vent, de la transformer en énergie utilisable et éventuellement de la stocker. Il comprend un axe 1 orienté perpendiculairement au sens du vent. Sur cet axe sont disposées des aubes ou ailettes 2 de façon qu'elles lui impriment un mouvement rotatif lorsqu'elles reçoivent le flux d'air dirigé par les parois 3 et 4, ces parois étant plus écartées en 5 qu'en 6 forment Venturi en comprimant le flux d'air de 5 en vers les aubes 7. Le dispositif peut être utilisé pour faire tourner le rotor d'une génératrice d'électricité, ou bien une pompe à fluide.
