PARA EVITAR DEFORMACIONES PERMANENTES DEL ARBOL (5) DEL ROTOR, CAUSADAS POR RAFAGAS DE VIENTO, EL ROTOR ESTA ARTICULADO CON RESPECTO AL EJE (1) Y ESTA PROVISTO DE UN SISTEMA AMORTIGUADOR (8). LA VELOCIDAD DEL ROTOR ESTA REGULADA POR UN SISTEMA CONSTITUIDO POR MEDIOS QUE COMANDAN, AUTOMATICAMENTE, EL MOVIMIENTO ANGULAR DEL EJE (1) Y DEL ARBOL (5), SEGUN UNA DIRECCION PARALELA AL SENTIDO DEL VIENTO.
