SE INTRODUCE EL ACEITE EN UN RECIPIENTE DE DECANTACION Y SE LE SOMETE A LA ACCION DE BURBUJAS DE UN GAS NEUTRO QUE SE FIJAN EN LOS COMPUESTOS CRISTALIZADOS, DE FORMA QUE SE PRODUCE UNA ESPUMA DE MASA VOLUMETRICA INFERIOR A LA DEL ACEITE. EL COMPLEJO FORMADO DE CRISTALES-BURBUJAS DE GAS SUBE A LA SUPERFICIE Y TRAS LA DECANTACION SE OBTIENE UN ACEITE PURIFICADO QUE TIENE UN CONTENIDO INFERIOR AL 30 PPM DE CRISTALES.
