CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: PRIMERA, REACCION DE UN DERIVADO DE 1,2,3,4-TETRAHIDRO-9-FENIL-PIRIDOL 3,4-B INDOL QUE TIENE UN GRUPO CLOROMETILO O BROMOMETILO EN LA POSICION 1 CON UN HIDRURO COMPLEJO PARA OBTENER UN 1,2,3,4,5,6-HEXAHIDRO-6-FENIL-AZEPINO 4,5-B INDOL NO SUSTITUIDO EN UN ATOMO DE NITROGENO, O BIEN PUEDE EFECTUARSE EL PROCEDIMIENTO. SEGUNDA, INTERCONVERTIR UN 1,2,3,4,5,6-HEXADIDRO-6-FENIL AZEPINO 4,5-B INDOL. OPCIONALMENTE PUEDEN OBTENERSE LAS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDO CORRESPONDIENTES.
