Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE COMPUESTOS DE 3-AMINO-2,3-DIHIDRO-1-BENZOXEPINA Y DE SUS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDOS, DE FORMULA (I), EN LA QUE R1 Y R2 Y R4 PUEDEN SER VARIOS TIPOS DE RADICALES; Y R3 REPRESENTA HIDROGENO O UN GRUPO ALQUILO INFERIOR. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE ELIMINACION DE AGUA DE COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA (II), EN LA QUE TODOS LOS SIMBOLOS TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I); SEGUIDA DE LA EVENTUAL TRANSFORMACION DEL COMPUESTO LIBRE EN LA SAL CORRESPONDIENTE. LA ELIMINACION DE AGUA SE LLEVA A CABO POR TRATAMIENTO CON UN ACIDO FUERTE, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE LA AMBIENTE Y LA DE EBULLICION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION.
