PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE CINC ELECTROLITICO O DE SALES DE CINC A PARTIR DE MATERIAS QUE LO CONTENGAN. SE REALIZA LA LIXIVIACION DE LAS MATERIAS PRIMAS EN UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DEBILMENTE ACIDO A PH CONTROLDO, SEGUIDA DE LA SEPARACION SOLIDO-LIQUIDO, PRODUCIENDOSE UN LIQUIDO CONTENIENDO EL CINC LIXIVIADO Y UN RESIDUO SOLIDO EXENTO DE CINC QUE CONSTITUYE EL RESIDUO SOLIDO DEL PROCESO. EL LIQUIDO SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UNA DISOLUCION ORGANICA, REALIZANDOSE EL INTERCAMBIO DE CINC POR IONES HIDROGENO, PRODUCIENDOSE UNA DISOLUCION ORGANICA CONTENIENDO EL CINC Y UNA DISOLUCION ACUOS CONTENIENDO LA CANTIDAD ESTEQUIOMETRICA DE ACIDEZ AL CINC EXTRAIDO. EL EXTRACTO ORGANICO DE CINC SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA FUERTEMENTE ACIDA DE SULFATO DE CINC Y UNA DISOLUCION ORGANICA CONTENIENDO LA CANTIDAD ESTEQUIOMETRICA DE ACIDEZ AL CINC REEXTRAIDO. LA PRIMERA SE ENVIA A UNA INSTALACION DE ELECTROLISIS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE CINC ELECTROLITICO.
