CONSISTE EN DESMENUZAR LA MATERIA PRIMA PARA A CONTINUACION SER CALCINADA, EN FORMA AHUECADA, EN UNA PRIMERA ETAPA DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO; POSTERIORMENTE ES COMPACTADA EN ESTADO CALIENTE DESPUES DE LOS CUAL EL MATERIAL ES SINTETIZADO EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. EL MATERIAL CALCINADO, ANTES DE LA COMPACTACION ES SOMETIDO A ALMACENAMIENTO INTERMEDIO, EVACUACION DE AIRE Y COMPRENSION. EL MATERIAL ES COMPRIMIDO DURANTE EL ALMACENAMIENTO INTERMEDIO HASTA UNA DENSIDAD APARENTE DE APROXIMADAMENTE 0/85 A 1,25 KG/L. LA MATERIA PRIMA ES DESACIDIFICADA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 850 Y 1000 C.
