Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE MONO(2-AMONIO-2-HIDROXIMETIL-1,3-PROPAN-DIOL) (2R-CIS)-(3-METILOXIRANIL FOSFONATO DE FORMULA (I). SE HACE REACCIONAR EL BIS(2-AMONIO-2-HIDROXIMETIL-1,3-PROPANDIOL (2R-CIS)-(3-METILOXIRANIL) FOSFONATO CON UN ACIDO SULFONICO, TAL COMO ALQUILSULFONICO, ARILSULFONICO O ARALQUILSULFONICO, EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, A TEMPERATURA MENOR QUE LA DE EBULLICION DEL DISOLVENTE. EL PRODUCTO FINAL SE RECOGE POR FILTRACION BAJO VACIO. SE PURIFICA POR DISOLUCION EN CALIENTE CON METANOL Y POSTERIOR TRATAMIENTO CON ALCOHOL ETILICO. SE USA COMO AGENTE INHIBIDOR DEL CRECIMIENTO DE LAS BACTERIAS PATOGENAS GRAM-POSITIVAS Y GRAM-NEGATIVAS.
