SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III) CON 2-CLORO-3-AMINO-PIRIDINA EN PRESENCIA DE ACIDO POLIFOSFORICO, Y A TEMPERATURA DE 160-200 C. EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE SE TRATA CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (III), ENQUE R3 ES HALOGENO O HIDROXILO, EN UN MEDIO DISOLVENTE INERTE, A LA TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION DEL DISOLVENTE.
